The Wilfs hired Kwesi. Kwesi then hired KOC. KOC then hired his assistants. It's pretty basic. The Wilfs didn't hire KOC, but yeah Kwesi knocked it out of the park

@@removedot I never hear that but I was mainly saying it because he had 9 catches which is more then Adam has had in a game this year. It was his best game this year and let's hope in continues.
He’s got so much energy man. It clearly rubs off on the players to have that positive energy as well.
KOC is clearly the NFL Coach of the Year! I love what this guy brings to the team: great culture, strategy, accountability, humility, and gutting out tough wins. I hope he can keep this up for decades.
I would say it's a toss-up between him and Mike McDaniel. Both look to have a bright future ahead of them!
It's going to end up with who has the better record between him and Dolphins coach McDaniel and how far each team goes in the playoffs.

if you know what you’re looking at, especially what you’re listening to, then you know
between the two, KOC is particularly perfect for the players and fanbase he inherited. we are profoundly fortunate this particular kind of guy came together with this organization, especially in this moment. there’s not another coach in the NFL (or at Michigan) I’d rather the Vikes have teaching and leading them
No coach of the year winner has won the SB though in the same season.. so there's so backing to that meaning they had probably really good first year(s) whenever to get said award but ultimately playing really good season wasn't enough for those past teams to win.. so I'm fine with the narrative going to some warm weather team with probably a worse record.. stay under the radar

I cant image too many coaches with this enthusiasm during a game. He lets everyone know how much he appreciates them. The great thing is that he is only going to get better as the years go on and he gets more experience. Win or lose, the Vikes are lucky to have him.
KOC has been great for the Vikings but you know as well as I do that if we started losing the fans would turn on him in a heart beat. A lot of people turned on him after 1 whopping from the Cowboys.
I agree regardless of how this football season goes when the playoffs get here, I think this coach is going to get better as time goes on.

@@StressNmeowt I didn't turn on KOC after their second lose but a lot of people were making negative comments about him after the Cowboys game. If you look through the comments in the videos after that game you will see what I mean. It's just the way some fans are when things don't go their way.

As a senior in high school, Coach O’Connell has really become a role model for me 🤝❤️
You never see KOC melting down or yelling at players and he never seems rattled even if they're behind. He's got a very calm presence and you can tell the players love him. It had to be pretty cool to get those props from Belichick.
Matt Daniels is definitely gonna be a head coach one day. That gave me chills when he and KOC were fired up.

Everything on the sideline is “love you guys” “love you coach”. That’s something I don’t think you’d ever hear from the last regime. Culture is real, and he’s changing the culture of this locker room. This is a real team this year, absolutely love this

This game I think showed how good this Vikings team is and how good of a coach KOC along with his staff because to come back and win on a short week after getting blown out by the cowboys against a good defense is impressive.

Coach of the year for sure, boy did we ever need him to come save us, the last 2 Zimmer years were atrocious with that much talent on the field. The team is on fire and believe in themselves, something I haven’t seen since the 2009 Favre year.
