Please make the videos of panvel cidco naina & MMRDA approved & tendor plots 1/2 bhk projects only......it is very very safer for everyone.....plz dont misguide the customers with purchasing panvel grampanchayat approved projects with future illegality........plz enforce the panvel customers to buy proper legal property and make the viseos like that.....keep it up....doing well...
I agree hence I always inform viewers to get the documents validated from Property lawyer as it's their hard earned money. However there are buyers who can't afford to buy property in Cidco tender plot hence giving them an option to consider. But yes they need to be aware of the pro's and con's so that they make informed decision

It's a good project. The only drawback is the distance from station as public transport is bad is panvel. You need to have own vehicle. Paani ka thoda issue hota hai garmi mein lekin gated community hai to tanker AA jayega. Project complete hone tak problem solve ho jaana chahiye. Main khud next month shift hone ka plan kar Raha hoon Balaji Symphony mein. Want to make sure it all ok before I take decision to buy. Can you tell me the configuration you purchased and the price paid if you don't mind
