That sound effect was the first push I needed to lose over 150 lbs, and the first 50 were probably exclusively Wii Fit. It was so brutally soul crushing that it tore down every mental block and excuse I had.

I remembered when i was a kid and my mom bought wii fit to start working out. When we started playing it, we didn't know that the height was for irl height, so we made them stupid tall or very short and kept wondering why we were underweight or obese. 😂😂😂
