Hello Abi,it is interesting that the salna has no veg or even chicken bones. That is fine. In order to enhance the taste Why not add boiled peeled potatoes for veg version And cooked chicken wings or chicken thighs for Non veg version. This is a easy way to prepare salna for Biryani and for idly or dosa or puri . Great recipes.
