THIS SONG is my setlist highlight of the tour and it felt as though she was looking and singing at me...so i sang back so she knew the fans loved this song being included. Really am embarrassed by the singing lol please don't eat me up too much over it.
And there are quite a few decent performances of this from 2020. Knowing what we know now about her condition, my appreciation for this tour has grown significantly.

This version is more of a soft plea whereas the original recording was a young woman's passionate confession. This is terrible. Can't watch this... Totally different from the 90s I know she has aged. People were busy mocking and shading Mariah Carey for her voice decline but Celine is far worse.
When analyzing live vocals only Mariah has had a far bigger decline. Aside from vision of love and I'll be there she very rarely has a full length song in a show that doesn't have playback. Many are less than 10 seconds but it's literally every song almost. Meanwhile celine has 15 songs live amongst the usual six or so she has lipped for two decades. I guess it's a matter of preference - Mariah can still hit the notes but putting it together for a full live performance is something lacking continually. I'd take this lowered key struggle instead of even a 2 second playback.

People everywhere are loud, drinking, screaming, talking, singing, moving, dancing, etc. The phone is literally held inches from my face so of course my singing is picked up. I was excited but shared anyway. I uploaded this same song from Cleveland, columbus, louisville, indy, and chicago where I manage to not fuck it up with singing, so revert to that if you're so bothered and keep your shitty comments to yourself please.

I chose to anyway because out of the hundreds i have uploaded this is the ONLY that i ever lost control and had a moment (besides my bday in 2017 london lol)....which is what I should be doing more of. Let me provide you further background. This song hasn't been performed live in 27 years and at all for 22 years (some lip sync years).... so when she is five feet from me singing a rare song LIVE i want her to know at least someone is living for that moment.
