@@harrysmith9038 How do they decide when to do it? Like is it stripped vocals from an album? Did she do it in the arena capably the week before so it mixed nice and sounded believable? I have heard people talk about performers doing it, almost constantly, but I never really understood the specific approach. I also see that sometimes they'll do little acrobatics at the end, or "adlib"-seeming things in the middle, and I wonder if those also get recorded or are the only real things to help sell the illusion. Also, what's the best way to tell the difference?
Just to follow up on that, it seems like for some songs that they even just cut between the real and sync parts. Like you can almost hear the seams. Does that happen or am I imagining it?

She actually is lip syncing until the slow ending of IACBTMN. The track was recorded in 2011. Celine is far too smart to use a 25 year old track. Checkout any performance from 2003-2009 they are all lipped to one track. 2011 to present is a separate newer track. The TCWT dvd released in 2010 is a DUBBED track, the actual bootleg audio of boston and montreal both confirm this. The last real live of this song is 1999.
