Thank you for the demo. I wanted to play LCR in a quiet environment; therefore, the dice would be too distracting. I wanted to know if the card version was the same. (Of course that wouldn't stop participants from LOL.)
So simplistic to play, although probably a lot of fun to play with a group of people. Jamie, with your knowledge of games, you should start developing board games of your own. Maybe one day you will have one patented!
@@boardgameman6298 They're doing good! Luckily, they haven't missed one day of school, and the school they go to has been open all year and mostly virus free so it has been a productive year for them academically. Board game wise, they've been on a Ticket to Ride run lately, we've played it a lot over the last month. It's been fun because they are starting to really learn and develop strategy. For instance, they've realized just how important the Houston to New Orleans track is, and also to hold cards early rather than to lay down trains the moment you can lol. They also have learned how fun it is to block someone else's routes rather than just focusing on your own rights. This is yet another reason why I love board games Jamie, especially for children and families. They really do help to develop strategy, competitive drive, cooperation and working together, planning ahead, and learning how to both win and lose graciously. And of course they're fun! I wish more families introduced board game and card game nights into their households. I have so many friends whose children are just addicted to screen time and video games, and they rarely if ever play board and card games. I think it's so sad that they miss out on the fun and pleasure of everyone excitedly sitting down around a table for a few hours of interactive fun, where everyone is participating at the same time, looking at each other and not at a television set, and actually communicating. Don't get me wrong, video games are fun too! But it's all about balance I think. I just can't imagine our home without board games. I think they will and are making a comeback in homes!
@@jackharrison8838 I couldn't of said that any better! And I LOVE Ticket to Ride! I've got a few of the versions but have only played the base game so far! I was thinking of maybe doing something fun with them in regards to their fav game The Inventors....I was thinking if you filmed them showing how to play it, place it on a flash drive and I can incorporate them into the episode. I'll introduce the game and I can put their video as the how to play it. I think that would be totally cool and all of us would get a kick out of it. What do you think? I figure a flash drive would be easier since I don't think it'll go through as an email, the file would probably be too big. And I'm SUPER happy they haven't had to miss any school, that's so important!
@@boardgameman6298 Hi Jamie, that idea sounds really fun! I think they would love to play the game as a tutorial as well, explaining the rules as they go and doing a game play. They've watched all your videos so they know by now how to do an instructional and informative gameplay. I'll tell them your idea, I think they will be thrilled!
This 4th of July when my family comes over for a BBQ, we are going to all play the dice version and play with $$$ bills. I also bought a wooden horse racing board and play with dimes. I am working on one more game but its going to be like a family feud 4th of july edition and I am going to be "John O'Hurley" the host. Hopefully I can find a type of buzzer.
Thank you for your explanation and demonstration
I'm ready to play😊
You're welcome 😊
I have the dice game but I did not know about the card version. I will have to keep my eye out for that version. Thanks for sharing!
I came across it by accident, I didn't realize it had a card game either!
May add the tube version of this to fill a tiny gap on my game shelf. I have recently bought a new game which has dice and chips called Pass The Pot.
Great video and an interesting little game. I think I prefer the last game you showed us - Sequence Dice - but this one looks like it's fun too.
If you have 2 or 3 players Sequence Dice is great! If you have a bunch of people over than everyone can play this one.

I like the Dice version. BTW i like your one at a time card idea " OH....OH.....OH...." lol :)
HA HA HA That was not planned, it just popped in my head and I went with it. HA HA
@@boardgameman6298 I know. It is something I would have said myself off the cuff. You reminded me of myself actually lol

Hey Jack! Hope you've been great!
