Since it is farmer cop land i would have a little secret lab selling stuff that no one should buy.
A old shed with som solar panels for power and hidden in-between some trees and bushes

Hey man I love your videos especially this series I am not up to date on all your episodes so I do not know if you already have something similar but I wanted to give you the idea. Me (Dr. Yigit but my colleagues always say Dr. Yeet) and my dad are both surgeons he is a general surgeon and burn surgeon and I am a cardiac surgeon mainly focused on trauma (IRL in residency) and we would like to move to the town using my dads savings to have a more relaxed life and do house calls for medical check-ups and also maybe as a role play aspect do medical checks on farm workers and when you inevitably crash your car we could be the ones to put a cast on your arms so you drive straight the next time :P
