I absolutely agree with you Scott. I just can’t stand the non stop talking, counting, and the anatomy class all wrapped up in one! I think this video is excellent as well as the workout but, the title is misleading. It isn’t one exercise a day but several exercises per day. It’s not the same thing!

I'm 15. I found this workout 4 weeks ago. I do it every day. I am now starting to see improvement. So to all you young guys and girls out there: believe in yourself king/queen you will rise

Tips for beginners. This workout is intense, but it targets the abdominal muscles very well (?). If you never worked out before or isn't active in working out, your abs are not strong enough to perfectly execute these exercises, such as: > You may find yourself arching your back. Do not arch your back or you will hurt your spine. To counter this, don't lower your legs too low and keep them at a level where you can maintain proper posture. > Your legs should have a slight bend, but pulling your hamstrings just a little (when extended). > When you're really exhausted and you can't hold it anymore, take a rest. It's okay to have a short rest. If you find yourself unable to hold your legs, (the lever which the abs will hold) it's best to search for hip and leg muscle strengthening videos. If you have posture problems, it's best to work on correcting your posture first before trying to gain a toned body because it may cause extensive injuries when doing certain exercises in a wrong position / with weak muscles. If you solely want to burn fat and lose weight, I suggest you to try out HIIT exercises. Note that I'm no expert in this field, so if you have any joint or health problems, please do consult a specialist before carrying out the routine. All in all, good luck on your fitness journey!! :D

@@raphaelmarciano4191 No not really I just did this every 2 days post-workout. I also ate less often throughout the day. Then after a month and a half I saw my core strength drastically improve. Flutter kicks became super easy, I started practicing L-Sits and yea that's really it. The main thing is doing the core exercises correctly and slowly. Form is key.
@@R7EMx Nearly the same body. My obliques popped out and the six pack was visible like his. I did not have the V lines like he did because he had them through other exercises.
Also wanted to say that I had was mildly skinny, the thing is everyone has abs ( it all depends on your genetics for how the abs look like. They can be unevenly lined, different shapes, and can have a 4/6/8 or even a 10 layout), but there is layer of fat that covers the abdominal muscles. So like I said: I ate less and went on a calorie deficit even though I was kinda skinny and they started showing. Then as you train them they get bigger and pop out. Sometimes even through a layer of muscle. To see your abs, not only do you do a workout, but you MUST have a calorie deficit or a weight goal or it will take very long for them to show. *For those who are struggling* You need to find out your body fat percentage first and in order to see your abs you need to be around 12% (Men) and 18% ( Women) however some people will say that I'm over 12% but still my abs are visible some will say I'm under 12% but they aren't visible the answer is genetics and abs training. *How to get there? My answer is by losing body fat 0.5% -1% is ideal... And in order to do that you need to create calorie deficit and remember slow and steady wins the race. I hope you'll find it useful and i had to say a lot but I can't say everything here.* Ps: There's no magik then you can get abs in one week or one day... It's depends on your body fat percentage that how much time you'll need to get there

Just wanna say that I've been doing this video almost daily for several months after some sort of sports workout for the day, and this is a great workout. My abs have made a really nice change. This obviously isn't a workout to make killer abs, but this makes them look really good and be of great strength. A great diet also ups these two factors as well. Would recommend this workout to anybody. 👍
Starting a challenge aiming for about 30 days: Background information: I used to train abs a lot. Ive stopped training abs for a while but am now returning to it because of the summer. My stomach is really flat and you can definetly see some vague abs but definetly not as defined as id like them to be. Day 1: It was harder than I expected and burnt like hell in my abs but I pulled trough and managed to do all the exercises correctly. Day 2: I definetly noticed a little soreness in my abs meaning that its doing its job. Today it went a little bit easier but it still burnt especially at the hold one. Day 3: Yesterday I made before pictures to track progress and eventually ill review this workout. I had my covid shot yesterday so i was quite sick and sore but as soon as i felt a little better.i hopped into the training. the amount of soreness made this just that much harder but it truly felt good. Day 4: The soreness is gone and it was a nice workout. Day 5: No soreness in the morning, think my body is adjusting to the exercises (in my opinion a drawback to no weight ab workouts you do everyday). do definetly feel a slight burn after the exercise tho. I havent documented quite some days since Im on vacation and the wifi is terrible but I have still been following this program. The exercise got easier but never too easy. Soreness was rarely there. Will go on to document more days soon! (If requested I can also restart to fill up the missing days) Day 17: will write sunday.

I repeat this video twice and proceed with 100 pushups + sit ups. It's been about 4-5 months, and there are significant positive changes. 4 days, 1 break, and repeat is the most efficient for me. I thought that ''your diet is more important'' was drivel, but it is 100% true, so if anybody wants to go ahead with this sort of stuff, make sure you have a well-balanced diet (or just eat a lot of eggs and pray).

I do something simmilar, and it is effective. Although, my workour has more exercisses with short brakes in between, and each round (3 days workout and 1 day off) the duration of each exercise is increased by 5 seconds. No six pack yet, but you will feel a lot stronger.

I just did day 1. I’ll tell you in 1 weeks time I this workout is worth it. This workout isn’t long but it sure is hard! Done! Its been 1 week since ive been doing this challenge. I cant really see my six pack but i can clearluly see progress. Remember abs are made 50% out of working out and 50% in what you eat and the quantity you eat. Hope this is helpfull.

This content can be appreciated , it’s no bs and straight to the point , everybody talks about a calorie deficit to get abs and that doesn’t mean shit to someone who genetically doesn’t have visible strong abs despite being under 12% body fat. Not everyone has abs , you have to train them. A magic lean diet will not resolve it unless you are lucky to be genetically gifted.

These exercices are great but remember guys, your body is 20% gym and 80% kitchen. If you don’t follow a good diet and lower your bodyfat % you wont see results. 💪🏻🥦 Edit: my point was that if you want to be healthy, you should not only train and go to the gym but also eat properly. When it comes to abs, (most of the times) the reason why they don’t show is because of a high body fat %. I hope it helped 😃
Not really bro if yo go hard in the Gym you can burn alot of fat and grow muscle its all about calories in and but also calories out I say it's more 50 -50 you can be on a shifty diet but if your burning enough calories in the Gym your good
You can still eat the food you like, just make sure not to overeat it and to work out to where you burn more calories than take in. You can do it! Just start off doing short exercises and work your way up. :)
Did this for the first time two days ago. I was skeptical but the pump I felt was amazing. Starting today, I'll be doing it at least twice a day. I'll see where I'll be in 2 weeks. You can ask me and if I don't report back you may call me an asshole.
@AbhishekBhoi-kh3bh Oh yeah, just in time, two weeks later. It's amazing! Visible gains and stronger core, I can do hanging leg raises much more easily. It also helps to burn fat, my cut has been going faster since I started. I'm already lean but my 6 pack is not visible yet, but I'm getting there. The muscle is already there, just a little more fat loss to go. It's amazing how having a stronger core on its own makes your mid section look leaner, it's not all about weight loss. Also, like the guy said, yeah, I changed my mind about doing it twice a day midway. It's not really worth it. I did twice a day a few times, but for the most part I did it only once and there were 4 rest days. Conclusion: I tried it and I approve of this workout.

I’ve been on this workout for a while and it didn’t take very long for me to see results. My abs are a lot more defined and as a horse rider, the increased core strength helped me to balance and sit on the saddle

You need to find out your body fat percentage first and in order to see your abs you need to be around 12% (Men) and 18% ( Women) however some people will say that I'm over 12% but still my abs are visible some will say I'm under 12% but they aren't visible the answer is genetics and abs training.
*How to get there? My answer is by losing body fat 0.5% -1% is ideal... And in order to do that you need to create calorie deficit and remember slow and steady wins the race. I hope you'll find it useful and i had to say a lot but I can't say everything here.*
Ps: There's no magik then you can get abs in one week or one day... It's depends on your body fat percentage that how much time you'll need to get there

Just wanna say that I've been doing this video almost daily for several months after some sort of sports workout for the day, and this is a great workout. My abs have made a really nice change. This obviously isn't a workout to make killer abs, but this makes them look really good and be of great strength. A great diet also ups these two factors as well. Would recommend this workout to anybody. 👍
Starting a challenge aiming for about 30 days:
Background information:
I used to train abs a lot. Ive stopped training abs for a while but am now returning to it because of the summer. My stomach is really flat and you can definetly see some vague abs but definetly not as defined as id like them to be.
Day 1: It was harder than I expected and burnt like hell in my abs but I pulled trough and managed to do all the exercises correctly.
Day 2: I definetly noticed a little soreness in my abs meaning that its doing its job. Today it went a little bit easier but it still burnt especially at the hold one.
Day 3: Yesterday I made before pictures to track progress and eventually ill review this workout. I had my covid shot yesterday so i was quite sick and sore but as soon as i felt a little better.i hopped into the training. the amount of soreness made this just that much harder but it truly felt good.
Day 4: The soreness is gone and it was a nice workout.
Day 5: No soreness in the morning, think my body is adjusting to the exercises (in my opinion a drawback to no weight ab workouts you do everyday). do definetly feel a slight burn after the exercise tho.
I havent documented quite some days since Im on vacation and the wifi is terrible but I have still been following this program. The exercise got easier but never too easy. Soreness was rarely there. Will go on to document more days soon! (If requested I can also restart to fill up the missing days)

I repeat this video twice and proceed with 100 pushups + sit ups. It's been about 4-5 months, and there are significant positive changes. 4 days, 1 break, and repeat is the most efficient for me. I thought that ''your diet is more important'' was drivel, but it is 100% true, so if anybody wants to go ahead with this sort of stuff, make sure you have a well-balanced diet (or just eat a lot of eggs and pray).

I do something simmilar, and it is effective. Although, my workour has more exercisses with short brakes in between, and each round (3 days workout and 1 day off) the duration of each exercise is increased by 5 seconds. No six pack yet, but you will feel a lot stronger.

Done! Its been 1 week since ive been doing this challenge. I cant really see my six pack but i can clearluly see progress. Remember abs are made 50% out of working out and 50% in what you eat and the quantity you eat. Hope this is helpfull.

Bueno.... ira deja te explico para tener un abdomen trabajado el ejercicio queda en segundo plano, para un abdomen trabajado juega mucho la alimentación.
Como consejo crea un déficit calorico eso te permitirá que el ejercicio se note. Porque sino es una perdida de tiempo

This content can be appreciated , it’s no bs and straight to the point , everybody talks about a calorie deficit to get abs and that doesn’t mean shit to someone who genetically doesn’t have visible strong abs despite being under 12% body fat. Not everyone has abs , you have to train them. A magic lean diet will not resolve it unless you are lucky to be genetically gifted.

These exercices are great but remember guys, your body is 20% gym and 80% kitchen. If you don’t follow a good diet and lower your bodyfat % you wont see results. 💪🏻🥦
Edit: my point was that if you want to be healthy, you should not only train and go to the gym but also eat properly. When it comes to abs, (most of the times) the reason why they don’t show is because of a high body fat %. I hope it helped 😃

Your % of body fat still can be high even if ure skinny with thin bones. Also you need grown your muscles first to be seen.
Not really bro if yo go hard in the Gym you can burn alot of fat and grow muscle its all about calories in and but also calories out I say it's more 50 -50 you can be on a shifty diet but if your burning enough calories in the Gym your good

You can still eat the food you like, just make sure not to overeat it and to work out to where you burn more calories than take in. You can do it! Just start off doing short exercises and work your way up. :)
you dont even need the ab exercises. all you do is burn calories by jogging, cycling etc... as long as you burn more than you eat then you good

Did this for the first time two days ago. I was skeptical but the pump I felt was amazing. Starting today, I'll be doing it at least twice a day. I'll see where I'll be in 2 weeks. You can ask me and if I don't report back you may call me an asshole.
I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t do it twice a day and should have at least 1 or 2 rest days a week for your muscles to heal.
@AbhishekBhoi-kh3bh Oh yeah, just in time, two weeks later. It's amazing! Visible gains and stronger core, I can do hanging leg raises much more easily. It also helps to burn fat, my cut has been going faster since I started. I'm already lean but my 6 pack is not visible yet, but I'm getting there. The muscle is already there, just a little more fat loss to go. It's amazing how having a stronger core on its own makes your mid section look leaner, it's not all about weight loss.
Also, like the guy said, yeah, I changed my mind about doing it twice a day midway. It's not really worth it. I did twice a day a few times, but for the most part I did it only once and there were 4 rest days.
Conclusion: I tried it and I approve of this workout.
