So let me get this straight...for Rs. 9.5 Crore, you're selling a 500 sq. yards 5 bedroom villa which has:
1) No garden/outside space
2) No servant room
3) No walk in closet in any bedroom
4) No vanities in any washroom
5) No plumbing in basement area (it requires additional cost to be borne by the buyer)
6) Not even a decent paint job or wallpapers inside the house
Wtf is wrong with you??

@@shivammartin It's a western concept. Normally a single sink would cause friction at times between the couple so they have nothing to complain about. She can put her make up and he can put his colognes etc.

Bathrooms are very simple..No terrace. Not good
The architect needs to be fired immediately ( if there was one involved !! My assumption is , it might be the developer playing architect to maximise profit) . There is absolutely NO imagination, asthetic or conceptual integrity in these villas ....looks like run of the mill cheap crap!! And at that price point - only wana be idiots would buy it.
2) Quality of the finished product is sub par !! Cheapest tiles , disgusting bathrooms...just complete meh!!!
3) These developers should know india is NOT middleeast to plant palm trees . India needs big, shady native trees with big canopies !!...planting palm trees doesnt equal " resort feel"....yet again reflecting complect lack of imagination or respect for ensuring flora and fauna are selected from native varieties and in huge numbers - not just for show !! These developers need to be fined for planting palm trees.
Lastly at 9.5 crores it isnt even worth considering !!
