I swear I have same type of villa which is made by my father in paschim Vihar and its total cost around with including all thing it all about 4.2 crores only and little more luxurious than it I don't get satisfied by this with this price segment

You are really underestimating the cost of your house in Paschim vihar then. Single floors in west Delhi residential areas sell for 2-2.5 crs.
