Don't waste your money on Mtech knives They're cheap and they break easy Save your money and buy a nice knife there are cheaper brands out there that are still good you got Mora Kershaw CRKT Kizer WE and Ontario

My first "okay" knife was an Mtech military tanto black camo I bought 12 years ago, not sure if it's actually 440c and I was definitely overcharged for it (looking at prices now) but I still occasionally use it today, even though I've graduated to more respected brandes like benchmade, spyderco etc, despite its price point it's just such an aesthetic, ergonomic generally pleasant little beater and I'm glad to still have it. I will say the nylon sheath was bollocks though, the belt loop separated from the sheath within a matter of days.

Over the years, I've noticed that Mtech makes Fairground quality garbage. Unless. Unless you buy one of the regular, no frills black steel knives. Because Mtech makes great weaponry if all you're interested in is destroying flesh. They're flawless at that. If you trust them for ANYthing other than that? Pfft... Fighting. Not tooling, machete-ing, chopping, hacking or labor intensive activities. And you'll never see me with a knife that isn't blacm or "metal" colored. Not that gay ass gold, blue or rainbow crap.
