The correct term is swing of the political pendulum not the whiplash effect. Since America has been founded It is swung left and right. Secondly, why in their coverage did they actually have people speaking on a mobile phone that’s perched on a rock? Just ridiculous. Finally, a point of interest when I spent the winter of 2022/2023 at my house in Colorado. I discovered that NOAA had given out purchase orders for 25 ground stations that sit between Vail pass and Hoosier Pass that seed the clouds to ensure that the ski slopes have sufficient snow. Nothing like weather manipulation - and it’s worked well. The last two winters the snow pack in Colorado’s been 110%.
