Once I gave a car to someone for Christmas. Me and my dad fixed it and gave it to my cousin. She was very sunrises because I'm not known for helping out fixing things, but mostly for making things. We put the keys into a small box and she took them out. She was confused at first until I opened the curtain to reveal her car outside. She really likes it and is still driving it today. Thank you for making all these videos that have kinda actually inspired me to do crafts more. But you could do more ductape crafts.
One time i can remember giving a special gift was for my grandma. A year before she died i flew home with my family to where she lived to surprise her. We never told her we were comeing, and flying home was a special birthday gift to her.
A few years ago, I was having a bad week, so many problems poping up, and my older brother notice I wasn't having a good time. So when I came home from work, he surprised me with a plane to ticket to a vacation in Hawaii, I was so happy and it made my year!
The best gift I gave was a cloth covered thing for my mom. It doesn't sound like much, but I was young and we made it at my school. She kept it for a very long time.
She passed away nearly 8 years ago and I would like to be able to give her anything now. Even a cloth covered "thing" or a crappy plant that wouldn't make it a month.

+N4ncy No mine already left us.Christmas Eve of 1015 my mom (Cindey Thompson) got in a car crash from a drunk driver,and died instantly.My mom was the only one who cared about me,and now I have nobody left....My dad is friend with the guy who hit her,and my dad never even went to the funeral because he had to "work" but he doesn't even work on Sundays!I never thought it would come to saying this but I think I actually hate my dad and step mom,and hate is a strong word

The best gift I gave was to my mom, every weekend she cleans the house and this weekend I gave it off for her and cleaned the house while making her breakfast and lunch and made her sit and relax and watch her favorite shows :)
This past christmas my sister and I spent hours going through old family photos to put together a collage for my mom. It's probably the best present we've ever given to her.
Once I made a necklace with a sand dollar and some beads I know it doesn't sound like much but I was only5 and my mom loved it. She still wears it and it makes me feel so happy
I had given my little brother currently in the hospital my most treasured necklace to help comfort him as he recovered from surgery
I make jewelry and I gave a very simple little keychain to a good friend who was going through a hard time. I didn't have much money but wanted to send him something. I didn't think much of it, but it really was nice a couple of years later I saw the slightly dented and used keychain hanging from his keys. He said it meant alot to him. You never know what kind of impact a handmade gift can have.
On my moms birthday a few years ago I really wanted to give her something that really said how much I loved her. Then I realized that I should put the feelings into words. I spent the next 3 days making the perfect poem and I think it was the best gift I have ever given anyone

The best present i have ever received was my dog. My grandmother gave him to me when i was 6, and i found in him the best friend i could ever ask for. God i miss him so much.
Since my fiancé has hard days at work I decided to make him a happy thoughts box where I wrote on pieces of paper different memories of us together or funny sayings just little things to brighten his day then i rolled them into little scrolls. He said he picks one everyday and they really do make him feel happier and loved.
The best gift ive recieved was when i was a kid and i got this Hannah Montanna backstage closet thing. I really loved it and played with it all the time.

One of my favorite gifts i received was from my dad a while ago, it was a small heart with a diamond in the middle and a picture of my dad, and my mom when they first got married.
I gave a special gift to my uncle who died of cancer a letter and a picture that had a scripture on it. I really love this project it reminds me of my aunt.

my boyfriend, now fiance, has never been given presents or flowers in any of his past relationships. on our one month-aversary i gave him a dozen roses and a teddy bear and told him how much he meant to me. he ended up crying but he was so happy and felt so special, and it made me happy to know i could do that for him.

Thanks so much for this tutorial! It helped me so much because I had this tiny stone to wrap for my boyfriend, and it has such a weird shape that no macrame, no cord, no NOTHING would help me tie it.. I didn't even have the option to wire wrap it because my boyfriend hates wires around his gemstones.. I don't know why I never thought to glue leather on it! Thank you again, you saved the day, haha :)

One special gift I gave to my mom was a bracelet that had all kinds of pink and white glossy looking charms (a high heel, a purse, 'I Love You', a heart, etc.). She was very, very thankful and happy that I gave it to her! :) BTW Ray, this project is very cute and a great gift for mothers on Mother's Day.
In second grade I made very hard working price that I made from potters clay and gave it to my mom for mother's day and she loved it and still has it in our living room :D
I remember when I gave my sister a picture of me and her when we were little and she burst into tears 😄 she couldn't stop crying because the month before that she had a house fire and all of her pictures and memories got burnt, she said it was the relief that made her cry and the picture is hanging above her bed ❤️

I gave a necklace to my mom that I hand made and it took me like 3 days but my mom was to impressed that I made it all myself. And she still wears it occasionally.
This is great for me, because my neck breaks out with costume jewelry, and I need really expensive jewelry. So usually need string, or leather.

When i was about 3 years old, I would always take my mum's handbag just to dress up and play with it, i would tent to loose it and cry whenever i couldnt have it. So for christmas, my brother bought me a handbag and i took it everywhere!

I gave my best friend the gift of a lifetime when we were talking about seeing a great Singer called Katy Perry she really wanted to go and I did to so I worked for 3 weeks straight and got enough money for both of us and Got us front row tickets to see her! When I was little, I remember when it was my birthday and my dad was in the army so he couldn't be there but when I was opening presents, there was one that stood out so I wanted to open that one first. (It was a big present how could I resist?) Anyway I opened it up and I looked inside and my dad was home and it brought tears to everyone there. It was actually recently. My husband had to go into the hospital and have his toe amputated. All that was going on, then I found out today I had to go into the hospital because I'm getting sick and they need to make sure me and the baby are ok. The gift is my dad just dropped everything and is taking care of my 2 kids and house while my husband and I have to be in the hospital. :)

I love giving gifts and when i was younger i would always make little things for friends and family. A time when i gave a very special gift to someone would be this painting i made for my older brother before he went to college. It was of a galaxy (my brother is really into space). he put it up in his dorm and when i go and visit it is still there on the wall. :)

I gave my mom a flower stand with these purple flowers made with real amethyst on them, my dad bought it with me for 800$, she was in love with it and still has it on her bedside table. I bought it for her 5 years ago:)

The best gift I ever gave someone was probably the crystals I purchased for my boyfriend. We both love rocks and since we live in a small town in Greece, we didn't have any access to crystal shops. A special gift I have received would be from my mom. Two years ago, she gave me a pandora bracelet. It wasn't for any special occasion but I still love that she was able to give me my own pandora bracelet. You see, I was obsessed with pandora braclets at that time. With the braclet, she also gave me a charm. The charm was just the first letter of my name. The charm was very simple but I still love it. Although my mom and I aren't very close, she was able to show her mother-daughter love to me by giving this gift.

last year me and my mom went to foster homes for 5 weeks helping the children then we eventually adopted a child.Now every time we walk by a foster home we stop by and ask them if they need any help

I was given a very prized Possession of a miniature statue I still have it. At the I was very intrigued with what it represented and I still am.
