I drink spinach, strawberry, mango banana smoothies everyday. I eat carrots and avocados daily. I take a fish oil omega 3 supplement daily and biotin. I recently started drinking green tea daily. My hair is thriving!

@@2muchofme280 Some grease are good like organic vegetal oils or nuts... but if you mean the grease you find in fast food it can cause hair loss because most of fatty non natural processed food contain additives that makes your hair fall and thinner.
