Look at the football Celtic were playing last night in the champions league with a weaker squad than Everton. Says it all. They have a quality manager who does the "nuts and bolts" giving his team the very best chance of winning by selecting the best players in the correct position and they have a dynamic exciting style of play with every player loving their football.

Getting rid of managers hasn’t solved the problems at Everton for the last 4/5 years. Sorting the ownership is needed and that will filter down to the squad. Needed an experienced striker and full back in the summer but no money available.
