I just feel bad they didn't add the part where the dead Wen clan corpses rose from the blood pool to help Wei Ying and Lan Zhan while they played the bait... It was an emotional moment, where 1) Granny approached A Yuan with his shoe as a child (that Wen Ning dropped into the blood pool amidst fighting the zombies) and hinted of his true identity, 2) Wen Ning getting emotional seeing his sister's and everyone else's corpse which showed that the ghost general was still human 3) silently slapped the so-called "heroes" as the irony of having the people they all raved to kill in the past along with Wei Ying, and had beheaded and burnt to ashes, were the very same ones to save them... 4) and the ghost's remnants bowing to Wei Ying fulfilling their debt of gratitude, and Wei Ying bowing back to them in respect, regret and gratitude... I wished that emotional moment was established... but I guess that would've been too much CGI work and more expenses...

The way they just have that much faith in him-even Jin Ling! And the way WWX just has that much faith in Wangji. God, soulmates indeed🥰 and then there’s the tidbit of Jin Ling and Jiang Cheng showing concern that they’re leaving WWX behind in all that chaos, denying all ideas that they might have already died. I love the Juniors and how they saw WWX for the person he is and not the monster they’re parents described to them. I just love the overall story. There was so much to digest from this story. Honestly, MXTX is so great at writing (Priest too! The author of WoH and Guardian) and creating flawed but beautifully complex characters is hard to forget in just about any adaption. With dedication to details of the source material, directors cant go wrong in creating more media of MDZS in whatever art medium they want to. I’ll probably love them all. It’s the characters for me! Besides the live action drama was my Intro to the MDZS universe and fandom, so I’m thankful for the actors for portraying the characters to their best ability. Sry this comment got longer than I intended! 🙏🏽 but I love this fandom and the positivity and epiphanies people get from MDZS. This is something that Will be talked about for years more. I'm still salty that they didn't include the part where all of Wei WuXian and WeNing's family were revived at the blood pool to help them fight these puppets. Nevertheless, this is still my favorite scenes because finally, Wei WuXian proves that he is innocent after all those years he blamed for the crimes he didn't did.
When WWX removed his outer shirt and started writing the characters on himself and saying he would be the bait, that was such a boss moment right there. Love it! Also love that he needed no one else but Lan Zhan to protect him. The level of trust was incredible. This and the coffin town episodes were probably my favorite episode of the drama. I feel like finally people are listening to WWX!

Wen ning couldn't actually leave cause each one of Wei Wuxians tunes is a different command for the ghost general... So when he plays wen ning helps even if he isn't close to him if he's in hearing distance he comes.

Es innegable la confianza absoluta de Lan Zhan en el pero también de WeiYing en Lan Zhan. Es claro y sin lugar a objeciones que sólo necesita al gemelo de jade para protegerlo, además de ser la única persona en la que confía....almas gemelas.
Amo verlos juntos: uno tocando su flauta, el otro con su espada, invencibles. La mejor dupla, sin dudas con el mejor escudo del mundo: Wen Ning, ejemplo de lealtad si lo hay.
Los peques son un caso aparte...logran ver con claridad de parte de quien deben estar...luchando al lado del General Fantasma, apoyando a Lan Zhan y WeiYing, sin dudarlo.

I'm still salty that they didn't include the part where all of Wei WuXian and WeNing's family were revived at the blood pool to help them fight these puppets. Nevertheless, this is still my favorite scenes because finally, Wei WuXian proves that he is innocent after all those years he blamed for the crimes he didn't did.

When WWX removed his outer shirt and started writing the characters on himself and saying he would be the bait, that was such a boss moment right there. Love it!
Also love that he needed no one else but Lan Zhan to protect him. The level of trust was incredible.
