Hey Tyler, great video! So I got my aftermarket steering wheel and the hub, however missing the airbag resistor cables. So can you help to advise where can I can find the resistor cables please, like the ones in your video, those seems very straight forward to install. Really appreciate
Great video , nice easy to follow instructions . Thanks for sharing. Just to let you know , The wheel tho is a Momo Protipo not a Momo Mod07. The Mod07 is 70mm dished .
so just to clarify at :55 he mentions this is a mod 07 wheel. It's not, you can clearly see the prototipo name etched into the wheel. And to be clear there's no such thing as a Mod 07 Prototipo. They're two different wheels. The mod 07 has a dish to the wheel (looks better) and the prototipo is nearly flush. @ 10:39 - it becomes obvious that the Prototipo is not a good idea for the 997. Way too close to dash and controls. Get the Mod 07 or add a Quick Release, or both!
G’day mate
Where did you get the harness from.. I have a 996 I would love to change
Hey! Great vid.. Did the horn work after? I got the same hub and wire harness. The horn only works when the car is off without the keys.
Thanks for the video! I have a quick question, my 997 has a multifunction steering wheel, do I need any harness? Or it works the with yours? Thanks!
That is a good question and I unfortunately don't know for sure on what you would need.
Where did he buy the wiring harness from?
Great video, let me know where you purchased the Porsche horn button.
The Wheel and horn button came from car-bone.pl/ Thanks for the view!

If I recall the resistor cables came with his hub. I will try and ask him. Thanks for the view!
Yeah i think NRG includes resistors in their hub kits
you can also just buy 2 3 ohm resistors. there's a DIY on rennlist
Great video. Do you know where the vehicle owner got the resistor harness for the airbag ?
The harness came with the hub, here is a link to the hub. Thanks for the view!

Awesome video man but it would been perfect if you zoomed in on the pins for the airbag light so we fit guys can know where to plug it to.
I totally agree, I was kind of worried that different kits might have different wiring though. Thanks for the view!
@@TylerPotter no worries man. Non the less it’s a very informative video! Keep it up dude!
