    Stippling has been life changing for my makeup !! For yrs I was using a beauty blender which was fine but I was wasting product and not getting the most out of my foundation , which was annoying because $$$$ down the drain! A couple of months ago I stippled for the first time and i couldn't believe all of my acne and redness disappeared 🥵🥵 it was insane I only stipple my cheeks because I need the most coverage there and then everywhere else I use a sponge . Such an amazing technique 😍

    Con: Tooks time 😀 typo lol. Great video! I buffed for years even though I have dry skin. It looked awful but I didn't know any better. Young people are so lucky to have TH-camrs like you now. They probably won't be super embarrassed when looking at old high school pictures like I am now. 😂

    I use a zoeva flat top buffer brush and I've always used a buffing method with it but today I tried to stipple it and it looks so much better!! I used to find that my foundation would look streaky and I thought that it was because I used a sheer foundation but now I've realised it was the application technique! Thank you for this xx

    Agree! I do buffing on most normal (not dry side) of my face with brush, and a bit stippling with little brush to the most dry part of my face. Dragging to patchy parts are worst. Thanks for the tips! Really helpful dear, xoxo

  • @CA-bw9vw
    @CA-bw9vw 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    I've been using the stippling technique for years and I'm always confused about the buffing thing. When influencers do it, it looks so fast easy and flawless. When I do it, I just end up with wet bristly circles on my face and if I do it for longer the coverage disappears. And if I do it with concealer under my eyes, the concealer just gets wiped away. I tried it with small and big circles, more pressure and less pressure, more and less product, different types of foundation, etc. Just never works on me. 🤷
