Apply a hydrating oil to your nose at night after exfoliating and that should help it not be so dry! It'd probably be best to wash your face in the morning or use a cleansing water to remove the residual oil and to get rid of the ickyness that builds during sleep. Hopefully though that could help the dry bit so you're only fighting one battle when you put makeup on (:
it's because your skin needs hydrating (look for products that contains the NMF(natural moisturizing factor): hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, glycerin etc)
It's probably dry so you should moisturize your face (in this case your nose) and it's oily bc its deprived of oil, causing your skin to produce too much oil.
1. Don’t apply face primer on your nose 2. Apply eyeshadow primer on the nose (thin layer) 3. Setting Spray 4. Apply thin layer of foundation, stippling motions (don’t rub) 5. Thin layer of concealer if needed 6. Translucent powder with a damp sponge
Thank you I’ve tried the eye primer as recommended by a Beauty Advisor from Priceline but my foundation still rubs off on my nose I have dry skin especially around my nose
*** Just for my notes*** 1. Do NOT put face primer on nose!!! 2. Thin layer of eyeshadow primer 3. ALCOHOL based setting spray!!! 4. STIPPLE thin layer of foundation. Don’t rub!!! 5. Thin layer of concealer 6. DAMP SPONGE to press translucent powder 7. ALCOHOL based setting spray
theres a thread on another comment. your skin is producing more oil because you use products that strip all the moisture, which makes it dry but oily after a short period. just focus on hydrating and not mattifying for a while
Subscribed! In a TH-cam world filled with dry/normal skinned beauty bloggers, sigh of relief when I ran into your channel. Oily skin sufferer/makeup lover living in PHX, AZ, times have been...rough, very rough. Lol. Brb, let the binge watching begin❤️
I know right! They all seem to have dry or normal skin. The best thing I've learned from watching her is the setting spray after primer/before foundation....my foundation goes NOWHERE now! I also started wearing "born this way" and I've gotta tell you....I am less oily. Estee Lauder, Kat Von D etc. did nothing for my oily skin...so I went out and bought something not so matte and it's working really nice. BTW...we are neighbors..Tempe here :)
Since watching your channel I have gone from 'makeup slides off completely within 3 hours' to '12 hours of perfection' and I have cystic acne!! Yet... Living for this makeup trick!

Using harsh products containing alcohol will dry out your skin which will make it produce even more oil. It's really bad for the skin also, especially if you use it twice every single day. BUT I'll definitely try using eye primer on my nose, that's a really interesting idea!
LulyTubee I tried eye primer on my nose and I ended up getting acne on my nose which has never happened before. The primers I tried were Milani eye primer, primer potion, proof it, shadow insurance, Laura mercier and a random essence eyeshadow primer. I ended up using a concealer (with a matte finish, hd ones seem to work best) and putting it on my nose for 10 minutes and then tapping with a beauty sponge and then setting with powder.
These tips has absolutely changed my life, I was struggling with foundation sliding of my nose for years trying tons of different primers, powders and foundations... Using MAC eye primer and translucent powder does the job!
I use your tips but with cruelty free products and it works like a dream! I have only acne prone skin :) Thanks for sharing your knowledge! Your channel will be huge I can sense it.
CottonCandyLace I actually have my favorite ones in my channel if you need ideas! But for the primers, for face I've been obsessed with the Pixi one (Target sells them) flawless & poreless primer, and for eye primer I use my holy grail wet n wild picture perfect one. Both of these are also vegan! LogicalHarmony.net has the most accurate list out there!
Ashley Elizabeth unfortunately Mary Kay sells in China where testing on animals is mandatory. They choose to do so and allow testing to take place even in the US in order to allow products to be sold in markets that test. This is often done for more money and is very unfortunate.
Thank you so much for this video!!!! This is the biggest issue I have with makeup application.... makeup never sticks to or stays on the tip of my nose! I have never found a video or helpful advice/tips about this topic and the mac paint pot tip is genius! I can't wait to try it! Again, thank you so much! Xoxo
Foundation used to rub off my nose and fade around that area until I started using eyeshadow primer on my nose and on my t-zone. Now foundation stays on my nose and t-zone all day and doesn't rub off or fade like it used to. Thanks for teaching me this very useful trick! You're the best!😊👍 P.S. my skin type is combination oily.
I've followed the steps exactly the way you explained and oh my god it's made a hugeeee difference. My makeup stayed on all day and it did not rub off. Thanks for your tips. Very helpful and very well explained. Subscribed xxxxx
Love how you preach "less is more". My skin has definitely changed from dry to severally oily coming into young adulthood lol (blessed with perfect skin in high school was really too good to be true!) And less is more has been really the most helpful, I really feel most youtubers use sooo much product, their tutorials would never pan out for me!

I don't know if this method will help cause its for if you have oily skin especially around the nose, but I will just try it and see if it will stay on better for my problem. Allergies arent too bad (anymore), BUT never fails if Im wearing makeup and then eat then inevitably I'll have to blow my nose then im stuck doing my best Bozo impression the rest of the day
I hate it when my makeup is so blended and when I start to blend to my nose I am starting to feel the sneeze and blow my nose then I'll try to fix it but I'll realize ... It wont be the same since the layers have come off. 😭
Seriously I LOVE that you point out what's better for different skin types throughout your tutorials it is so much more helpful and shows you are actually educated!
My only problem is foundation. My skin is mixed. Sometimes is dry and sometimes oily and I got only 2 types foundation and my makeup sometimes looks so cakey (mostly on my nose) and it looks awful. I dont know what to do with this problem. I saw so many makeup tutorials but nothing work to me. Why is so hard choose good foundation :/
is your primer and foundation the same base? For example you would want a water based primer with a water based foundation. Same with an oil based primer and oil based foundation
DoaEma unfortunately it did not help me. :( I think I may need a facial and have my dead skin particularly on my nose removed to have a smooth canvas. I feel I have a bumpy nose from white heads and black heads. 😫
A great trick is to apply Powder- be it translucent powder or a powder foundation, BEFORE applying foundation- All over the face for a flawless long lasting wear
i tried this but changed the brands around according to whats available to me and HOLY MOLY does it work. i was always oiling through my makeup and now I'm actually staying matte. never knew this was possible! thank you so much
Does anyone know any tips on how to do this when your nose like peels off? I know this sounds silly but I have oily skin on my nose but at the same time dry skin flakes off a lot and my makeup sticks to it and it looks awful. I know if I did all this to my nose it would peel like no tomorrow.
The same thing happens to me but i always have to wash my face before doing makeup and wear a face mask (origins charcoal clay mask is good) for it to not flake or separate. I can't just put make up on any time i'll have to go through my face routine twice
I tried the Mac paint pot on my nose trick today. It worked so well! My nose has never looked so flawless. I normally cannot get foundation to stick to my nose. I also have major redness on my nose and it covered it so well. You are a wizard! Thank you for saving my life!
I noticed mine started getting flakey and patchy like the thumbnail picture a while back, and I realized I wasn't exfoliating my nose skin enough, so it was dry skin causing it!
Jackii Villanueva I use neutrogena pore refining cleanser and i used my fingers to exfoliate, and idk if its bad for you, but i used my nails to really get the skin off so it would be smooth!
Thank you Nikkia for this tutorial. I am extremely oily skin. I also work under lights all day. It was frustrating seeing a shinny nose in an hour. I use Mac and matte primer. What a difference!!!! Thank you for all your tutorials.
Samantha Ravndahl (@ssssamantha on instagram) said that the Nyx Glitter Glue works really well for her smile lines! Personally haven't tried it but I trust her opinion :)
So happy I found this video! I didn't realize other people had this issue as well! Sometimes makeup slides off my nose as soon as I apply it. Can't wait to try out these little tips and tricks! thank you so much for making this video!
You won't read this probably but I have to tell you that you rescued me! This trick is everything!! Every day I was annoyed that I couldn't have a flawless face for a few hours AND be lovely to my boyfriend and kiss him. Because I have got circulation disorders in my face so without makeup I always have dark red blots on my cheeks and eyebrows.. so THANK YOU for this trick!! Just discovered your channel and love it ❤
I come into these videos very skeptical since most youtubers just use this as a product plug where they recommend a specific primer, a specific concealer, and a specific foundation but I love that this was different. Gonna try this!
OMG eye primer on your nose!! GENIUS!! I would have never thought to do that!!! 40 years of frustration and I just needed this 7 minute video!! THANK YOU!! You ROCK!!! ❤️🤗
Wow....the mac eye primer trick is AMAZING! I've struggled with these issues for years.... years. I have been using your trick for a month and it's never failed me once! Thank you, thank you!
I LOVE your hack to apply the setting spray BEFORE applying your makeup. This was a huge change to my makeup game. And I mean HUUUGGGEEEEEE!!!!! I can't thank you enough for this tip! You are such a sweetheart, I love you so much!!!! Greetings from Germany and happy anniversary 😘 #snapchatfam
Going to have to try this. I swear, I have more makeup on my glasses than my face by the end of the day and everything under my eyes and around my nose just dissolves into a cakey mess.
Nikkia, you are so helpful! you explain everything in such detail and you know what your talking about. You helped me sooo much and I thank you for it. Its great to have makeup artists like you around that actually know that your doing and what your talking about. I'm Australian myself and currently studying in TAFE doing a Certificate III in Makeup/Retail and my future goal is to become a worldwide Australian makeup Artist and TH-camr. You are very inspiring, and I love learning more from people like you. Thanks x
Such a useful video! I already use painterly paint pot everyday so I can't wait to try it on my nose, in winter foundation always rubs off my nose and chin, it drives me nuts having to carry power foundation to patch it up on the go.
I use liquid foundations too, I just use a foundation powder to blend out contour and airbrush light skint tones. bare minerals 'well rested concealer' is powder in a small pot that is so handy to have on the go. for fair-medium skin tones, you can press it straight onto the red areas where foundation has rubbed off and it stays. even under the eyes.
I have watched all your oily face videos and I just wanted to say THANK YOU! I have been having so many problems and you have covered ALL OF THEM. My life savior!!! Am now definitely a subscriber. Again..thank you!😭💗💗
Hunny, you're looking away better without make up than with on! That foundation is a bit too dark for your fair skin... When the step by step started, I was like "bam! wow!". Just a bit lighter and to the cool tone side and you'll be amazing! Thank you so much for the tips! Very useful!!!
My skin is not fair at all! Im naturally olive and quite tanned with a very yellow undertone! My face is paler than the rest of my body so my face matches my next and body perfectly. PS I'm not cool toned at all lol!
This isn't a first impression video. This is me teaching you a trick I've used for a long time now. I already know it works perfectly so no updates required!🙌🏼
After seeing how the urban decay eyeshadow primer blocks oil on my eyelids like nobody's business, I've thought about using it as a face primer before but never actually tried it! Now I'm definitely going to give it a go. You've won another oily skinned subscriber right here 🤗
makeupbymelic_ Not an everyday thing because it's not good for your skin, but if you're going to be wearing a face all day for an event or something, use rubbing alcohol on your nose before putting the eye primer on it. It'll make it dry and it'll stick all day.
so since you said just to use eye primer, would it work as well if i use something like primer potion or another eye primer? i cant use a paint pot because i only use cruelty free
I find it hilarious when people bring up mac not being cruelty free. The ONLY place theyre not cruelty free is China because of their weird laws in the makeup industry. In order for Mac to send makeup to China they have to test on animals. On the makeup sold in the US or anywhere else on the world its not tested on animals 🙄👌
if you are truly living cruelty free or vegan, you don't buy products from companies that use animal products or test on animals at all. period. people point fingers at mac in particular because...they're mac. but every huge cosmetics company sells in China and tests those products on animals. tarte, smashbox, lorac, too faced...they all do it because they're all owned by the same very few umbrella companies.
Yes but brands like too faced, tarte, the body shop and urban decay still choose to be cruelty free even though they are owned by a company that tests, surely that's something?
Fantastic job! Very clever idea to keep foundation from sliding off your nose! I’ve had this problem most of my life, since I’m very oily in my T-zone. I’m going to try this! Will let you know how it worked. So excited! Yay!! 🤗🤗🤗
I've actually tried the Maybelline Color Tattoo ("Crème de Nude" I believe the Soft Ochre dupe is called) and it gets really yucky and looks scaly and weird on my nose. :o(
I have always used the No.7 face primer for oily skin as my eyeshadow base because it's too drying and cakey on the rest of my face. I tried it now on my nose and it's the bomb, keeps everything in place and my nose is usually super flaky and foundation comes off in patches.
These videos are giving me so many ideas of how to improve my makeup with oily skin. I hate having oily sometimes, it makes my make up look horrible... Hopefully these videos will help
Lmfao STOP IT & it's called a good matte foundation, some good ass matte powder to set it, and some good ass matte setting spray and touch up throughout the day. Boom. You're welcome.
I'm SO glad I found your channel, I love your oily skin videos! Oily skin seems less common than other types, I see tips for dry skin ALL OVER THE PLACE and I'm over hear looking like I dunked my head in grease.
A lot of folks say the NYX Eyeshadow Base are a great dupe. Color selection isn't that great, but if you need to lighten up the color you can always mix it with the white base before applying. They're $6.99 in the US (not sure where you're watching from), so you can get the flesh colored one plus the white one and still be saving money. Plus they're Leaping Bunny certified cruelty free.
OH GOD WAIT. I spoke before looking at an updated list and I don't want to give you bad info. NYX was acquired by L'Oreal two years ago, so they are no longer 100% cruelty free due to their parent company. NYX itself still doesn't sell in China nor does it test on animals, but it can't be guaranteed that they don't use ingredients that have been tested on animals by a third party source. ;_: I'm so sorry. A more expensive than NYX, but DEFINITELY cruelty free dupe would be the Anastasia Beverly Hills concealer.
I am definitely going to try this! Thank you so much! I've been sick and having to blow my nose a lot and my makeup keeps coming off! Idk if there's a trick to blowing your nose with makeup on, but girl, I am definitely going to try this. Thanks for the tip!!!
Hi Nikkia! I've been loving all your foundation tips and tricks addressing different concerns on the face, but I have a 2-in-1 problem! The largest pores I have are right on my nose!😏I noticed in your videos that to hide enlarged pores you don't use the paint pot, but to keep foundation in place on the nose you do use it. What would you recommend in this situation?
Hi lovely! Apply the paint pot and set it with a teeny amount of transluscent powder! Then go in over the top with a pore minimizing primer and then foundation on top of that! It should solve all your issues for you! :) xx
@@nikkiajoy hi Nikkia! I have the same problem. Do I apply a setting spray after applying the pore primer on the nose? 1. Apply Mac paint pot 2. Setting powder with damp beauty blender 3. Apply Pore primer like from benefit 4. Do I apply the setting spray on my nose or go straight to foundation and use setting spray at the end? 5. Apply foundation
This is extremely helpful Nikkia I'm gonna try it 😍👍 Also I've been using a great new drugstore foundation for oily skin: Covergirl MATTE bb cream. The oil control is incredible I didn't even have to blot once! 😱 I'm amazed bc I've never even known what that's like😳 Seriously try it. The matte formula wears just like a foundation not like a bb cream at all, really nice medium coverage 👌 I just stocked up like crazy lol 😄
Nikkia Joy I'll shove my foot in my mouth if you don't love it, but I think you really will. It held up to my days and nights completely in the bush, so I love it now.
I've had this problem for YEARS - i started sleeping every night with coconut oil in my face, and my makeup have never looked to smooth - But thanks for the tip!

This just happened to me today! It ruins my entire look. I'll try this.
It's the worst isn't it. Let me know how you go with this trick lovely 😘
C.H H and did it work?
DoaEma unfortunately it did not help me. :( I think I may need a facial and have my dead skin particularly on my nose removed to have a smooth canvas. I feel I have a bumpy nose from white heads and black heads. 😫
C.H H i also have black heads and white heads so probably it will be the same 😕
C.H H saaaaame
Omg!!! I was looking for a video on that exact topic. I always have problem with my base and powder on my nose, and I don't even have oily skin.
This tricks will work on normal/dry skin also😍
A great trick is to apply Powder- be it translucent powder or a powder foundation, BEFORE applying foundation- All over the face for a flawless long lasting wear
Palestine freedom Thank you I’ll try this
I've done that and it makes my nose look cakey and gross.
Ask Me Palestine freedom? Not yet but I'm praying!

i tried this but changed the brands around according to whats available to me and HOLY MOLY does it work. i was always oiling through my makeup and now I'm actually staying matte. never knew this was possible! thank you so much
Does anyone know any tips on how to do this when your nose like peels off? I know this sounds silly but I have oily skin on my nose but at the same time dry skin flakes off a lot and my makeup sticks to it and it looks awful. I know if I did all this to my nose it would peel like no tomorrow.
Try exfoliating and moisturising your nose a few hours before doing your makeup to get rid of dead skin.
this happens to me too!
Raven Razor same happens to me ❤I use coconut oil on the corners of my nose before bed - it's been so helpful 😊
The same thing happens to me but i always have to wash my face before doing makeup and wear a face mask (origins charcoal clay mask is good) for it to not flake or separate. I can't just put make up on any time i'll have to go through my face routine twice
Sounds like you're dehydrated. Drink lots of water, gently exfoliate and moisturize properly. I like the Korres greek yogurt moisturizer.
OMG IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A VIDEO LIKE THIS FOR SO LONG THANKYOU
Yay!! You are so welcome Sammie😍
I tried the Mac paint pot on my nose trick today. It worked so well! My nose has never looked so flawless. I normally cannot get foundation to stick to my nose. I also have major redness on my nose and it covered it so well. You are a wizard! Thank you for saving my life!
Mine rubs off after 2 seconds despite applying powder and setting spray. Oh and I have dry skin.-.-
Side note, you look so nice without make up!!!
Mary Hines i have combination skin and it happens on my nose ALL the time idk what to do
I noticed mine started getting flakey and patchy like the thumbnail picture a while back, and I realized I wasn't exfoliating my nose skin enough, so it was dry skin causing it!
Maddie asdfghjkl what wash did you use??? or like the tool
Jackii Villanueva I use neutrogena pore refining cleanser and i used my fingers to exfoliate, and idk if its bad for you, but i used my nails to really get the skin off so it would be smooth!
My nose gets fry and flaky. I exfoliate and use moisturizing washes and lotions. The struggle is real
Omg I have this problem! Girl I love you thanks so much for your tips and tricks ❤️❤️
Thank you so much for watching. I'm so happy I can help 😊😊
i was REALLY skeptical about this BUT IT WORKS. You are a like saver! THANKS NIKKA!!!!!!
PLEASE DO YOUR OILY SKIN SKINCARE ROUTINE. would love to see it!
First video of yours that I've seen. So good! 😁 I'm going to use this tip the next time!!
Thank you for watching lovely 😘
Me too! This video came up on my suggestion feed and I clicked right away. This is an awesome tip!
Very effective
Thank you Nikkia for this tutorial. I am extremely oily skin. I also work under lights all day. It was frustrating seeing a shinny nose in an hour. I use Mac and matte primer. What a difference!!!!
Thank you for all your tutorials.
Creasing in the smile line hack 😫😫😫😫 PLEASE!!!
I always bake in that area!! X
I still crease! 😩 lmao i even tried eyeshadow primer and have smile lines for dayssss 😡
Samantha Ravndahl (@ssssamantha on instagram) said that the Nyx Glitter Glue works really well for her smile lines! Personally haven't tried it but I trust her opinion :)
Glitter glue..? 🤔🤔 ill try it! Thanks!!
Haha yep you read right! And if it doesn't work for your smile lines you could always use it for, well, glitter ;)
So happy I found this video! I didn't realize other people had this issue as well! Sometimes makeup slides off my nose as soon as I apply it. Can't wait to try out these little tips and tricks! thank you so much for making this video!
I thought it was just me, too! I am going to try my eye primer. Hopefully it works just as well as hers.
I'm so happy you found it too :) xx
This is great!! I have this issue daily! Sadly it's the worst when I have allergies and constantly rub/blow my nose. No tricks to save me there lol.
OMG eye primer on your nose!! GENIUS!! I would have never thought to do that!!! 40 years of frustration and I just needed this 7 minute video!! THANK YOU!! You ROCK!!! ❤️🤗
i have dry skin as hell but my foundation still rubs off my nose
Same. 😫
Me too!
yess !!
is your T zone oily?
anna. a Me too! And you can see the dryness when it rubs off- it doesn't look like oil has broken it up!
your video shown up on my recommendation .
and I didn't regret it at all .
your tip was so helpful .
thanks !!
and I'm a new subscriber for you .
😆
Wow....the mac eye primer trick is AMAZING! I've struggled with these issues for years.... years. I have been using your trick for a month and it's never failed me once! Thank you, thank you!
Omg I thought I was the only one this problem , when I seen the thumbnail I was in awe ! Great video
😘
THAT MOMENT WHEN YOU FIND AN OILY SKINNED BEAUTY BLOGGER
Omg!!! I have this problem and thought it was moisturizer, no moisturizer, my primer, my powder. This is EVERYTHING!!!! Thank you
this saved my life
Qcknd you,g
She use eye primer in her nose 👃
I've been researching fix oily skin and discovered an awesome resource at Canny Cleanser Chart (look it up on google)

Wow! Almost dying must have been scary! 😝
Can you pls let me know if it works out for u...
Again..thank you!😭💗💗
How to get rid off founation rubbing off your nose on thumbnail: photoshop.
I actually have no idea how to use photoshop😂 I would love to learn it!
Hunny, you're looking away better without make up than with on! That foundation is a bit too dark for your fair skin... When the step by step started, I was like "bam! wow!". Just a bit lighter and to the cool tone side and you'll be amazing! Thank you so much for the tips! Very useful!!!
Her foundation matches the rest of her body. So the foundation just makes her face the same color as her body. She's definitely not cool toned.
My skin is not fair at all! Im naturally olive and quite tanned with a very yellow undertone! My face is paler than the rest of my body so my face matches my next and body perfectly. PS I'm not cool toned at all lol!
So sorry, then, maybe the lights gave me the wrong impression. 😁
I needed this, I have normal skin but I wear glasses so my nose is GONE after a few hours. Thank you! Love your channel :)
This is the most advice I think a beauty youtuber has ever given!! You are so wonderful!!!!!
I read the title and literally said "yes, click!"
I wish you have included updates throughout the day so we know how this hack did for you
This isn't a first impression video.
You've won another oily skinned subscriber right here 🤗
I can't even get it to stick on to begin with
Try putting a light dusting of powder down first.
makeupbymelic_ Not an everyday thing because it's not good for your skin, but if you're going to be wearing a face all day for an event or something, use rubbing alcohol on your nose before putting the eye primer on it. It'll make it dry and it'll stick all day.
Really? Are you starting out with a freshly cleansed face with nothing on?
Nikkia Joy yes.
makeupbymelic_ my face does this. It's bullshit and I hate it. I do everything in my power to help but it does nothing
GIRL! You changed my makeup life!!! Thank you! My nose is finally as pretty as the rest of my face!
+Jessiee Houle you're so welcome lovely. I'm so glad I could help you 😘
I totally thought I was the only one with this problem! You are a life saver, I’m totally subscribing!!!!
so since you said just to use eye primer, would it work as well if i use something like primer potion or another eye primer? i cant use a paint pot because i only use cruelty free
Kerri Wheelock nope. I tried it today and it was a HOT MESS. :(
I find it hilarious when people bring up mac not being cruelty free. The ONLY place theyre not cruelty free is China because of their weird laws in the makeup industry. In order for Mac to send makeup to China they have to test on animals. On the makeup sold in the US or anywhere else on the world its not tested on animals 🙄👌
your money is still supporting it though, that's why people have an issue with it
if you are truly living cruelty free or vegan, you don't buy products from companies that use animal products or test on animals at all. period. people point fingers at mac in particular because...they're mac. but every huge cosmetics company sells in China and tests those products on animals. tarte, smashbox, lorac, too faced...they all do it because they're all owned by the same very few umbrella companies.
Yes but brands like too faced, tarte, the body shop and urban decay still choose to be cruelty free even though they are owned by a company that tests, surely that's something?
is there a way to keep your makeup from being rubbed off when you make out with someone?
Should try setting spray
depends on how intense the making out is. lol
Dont get your face swallowed
Shuck
Nope No Dick. No doubt
I tried this for the first time today, and it has changed the game for me! thank you!
When I put makeup up on my chin goes all weird and my pores poke out
my nose is my biggest problem with foundation ...I will try this tip for sure
Fantastic job! Very clever idea to keep foundation from sliding off your nose! I’ve had this problem most of my life, since I’m very oily in my T-zone. I’m going to try this! Will let you know how it worked. So excited! Yay!! 🤗🤗🤗
you are thebest yiutuber out here! Honestly you've saved many of us oily faced people lives! keep it up beautiful!
Great video Nikkia! What else would you suggest using other than Mac paint pot?
I also have the same question
I've done it with the wet and wild photo focus eye primer and I like it a lot. Plus it's so cheap
Tarte's smoothing primer is great. Also, Tarte's primer combined with Becca's primer is la crème de la crème.
I'm a sweaty disgusting pig, how do I wear makeup?
Meow Rchl 😂😂😂 I feel this in the depth of my soul.
OhhEmmGeee! Me too *blah*
God same and I wear glasses so when I wear makeup, I HAVE A NICE FACE AND A BRUGHT RED SHINY NOSE
Dang bae....
Lmfao STOP IT & it's called a good matte foundation, some good ass matte powder to set it, and some good ass matte setting spray and touch up throughout the day. Boom. You're welcome.
You are my oily skin saviour xx
I'm so glad I could help 😘
Just found this channel and this video, tried this today and YOU ARE BRILLIANT!! Makeup looked flawless all day.
How the fuck did TH-cam know I needed this video? Lmao I so gotta try this ❤️❤️❤️
They're so creepy right?! Lol My glasses stay sliding off of my face dragging my foundation off with it.
Haha it was like I could hear your thoughts! :P
My faces EATS makeup I’m definitely about to do this I have the exact primer so I pray it works! Will update!
It looked terrible. And when I went to put a powerless primer it started to remove.
lmaoooo i had such high expectations before i hit view reply 😭😭😭🤣😂
I'm SO glad I found your channel, I love your oily skin videos! Oily skin seems less common than other types, I see tips for dry skin ALL OVER THE PLACE and I'm over hear looking like I dunked my head in grease.
dupe for mac paint pots? looking for a cruelty free brand :)
Mac only tests on animals where it's required to sell, aka china. Everywhere else it does not.
Great idea! I'm going to give it a try :)
But the good news is you'd only have to buy one because the shade range with ABH is way bigger.
Subscribed. Good to find a makeup artist with oily skin ❤️❤️
:) xx
Nikkia Joy Thank you so much! Can't wait to try it!
@@nikkiajoy hi Nikkia! I have the same problem. Do I apply a setting spray after applying the pore primer on the nose?
1. Apply Mac paint pot
2. Setting powder with damp beauty blender
3. Apply Pore primer like from benefit
Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried everything! I'll definitely pick some up. 👍
I agree! A very pleasant surprise to say the least. I love it!
OH MY GOSH I NEED TO TRY THIS IMMEDIATELY!!! Thank you so much for the suggestion! I'm hoping they stock it here in Australia! x
Nikkia Joy I'll shove my foot in my mouth if you don't love it, but I think you really will. It held up to my days and nights completely in the bush, so I love it now.
I know this is an older video, but I tried this yesterday and it worked! Bless you!
i have dry skin and I have this problem
me too. It's so annoying!!!
These tricks work on dry skin also😍
Me too! I think my problem is that my skin is dehydrated so I still produce oil that breaks up my foundation so annoying!!
I've had this problem for YEARS - i started sleeping every night with coconut oil in my face, and my makeup have never looked to smooth - But thanks for the tip!
Thank you! I’ll get some of the eyelid primer!
I hope it help ♥️
this broke me out like crazy!!
GURL this video is amazing, my make-up always slides off my nose and I've never seen a video about how to stop that >: O Thank you so much! Subscribed :)
Welcome to the family lovely 😆
Holy crap where have you been all my life!? Thank you for these oily face videos. I have T-zone oil and have so many of these issues. I am binge watching all your videos right now. 😍
Oils glasses wearers of the world thank you for this video. :D
