If your getting bullied at work buy a diary and write down everything that happens, what's said, what you have said, how they made you feel...EVERYTHING. In the time of collecting evidence do not lose your temper and listen to mozza.....when you have enough evidence collected hand it in to your employer or human resources department....if it's your employer doing the bullying then contact your local citizens advice bureau (or whatever it is in each country) and they won't only do a lot of the communication for you they will also make sure action has been taken....if feel like your been bullied but don't know if it qualifies as bullying....still write everything down and talk to your employer or humans resources department.......whatever you do do not suffer in silence and try your hardest to keep your temper.

I want to thank you so much for this. I am in the middle of having workplace issues and I'm trying so hard to stay positive and keep my head down but it got the better of me recently. Facebook got so poisonous that I've decided to log off for a couple weeks. Your advice has helped me and I have friends and other co workers to help me as well.
My old boy got harassed and bullied out of a job he had for 30+ years by a boss that had been there less than a year and hasn't been able to work since. They waved resignation papers and belittled him to the point he doesn't want to go back in and he's just moping around the house all day doing nothing they've completely changed who he is. He was the OHS officer and they belittled him over an OHS issue. My dad's the type of bloke that has always stood up for the little guy, if one of the blokes was underpaid or there was a problem he was the guy they all went too. A few months after he was unable to return someone got killed at work (I'm pretty sure it was an OHS issue but I'd have to check) They're now dragging him through court because even though they caused it they've used his sick leave and holiday pay to cover his absence and are now basically refusing to pay him because he has no leave left.
I feel like a lot have dealt with this situation including myself to an extent and this topic made a great segment thank you gents. Cheers from California !
There's an authority figure in the boss, all the employees are the children. Its usually a form of sibling rivalry without being siblings. Your all trying to impress or at the least not piss off the boss. Jealousy in comparison to your level peers fighting for the same thing. The funny thing is it only serves to put you both on the radar when you'd be better teaming together to f the boss or at least cover each other. But yeah a workplace is like a family

Im a leader. Very serious about the health of my workers. Always come to your leader about your problems, We can talk to your bullly and make sure it will not happen again.

Taking it to the company powers that be makes the company also responsible for any future lawsuits you create. Because they’re work place bulling laws in place.
