Meow Wolf is building a massive complex to be open in a year too, so the arts scene is about to explode even more.

But yeah, look at Congress Park, Washington Park, and five points areas for affordable 1 or 2bd that are close to the action. More budget areas would be Aurora, Glendale, Arvada, Littleton too.
