The first time I went to Amoeba it was the one in San Francisco on haight, I was 16 at the time, about 12 years ago and my best friend was a huge MF Doom fan. As soon as I walked in I saw a KMD vinyl so I immediately bought it and gave it to him when I got back at school the next day. He was pretty excited and happy. I hope he still has it. Just a personal anecdote I remembered seeing that doom record.

This applies to other people as well. I mean, I love 80's fashion too, but I love it on my own terms, not on anyone else's.
