You can bind your helmet, hold F and right click. Then go threw that pop up menu to bind various actions. You can also "quick bind" emots. Once bound just hold F and right click and anything you bind will pop up in the first menu.
Great song Cobra...now on to water drinking...when pulling your water from your inventory you might want to right click the bottle when its still in your inventory and select inspect to bring it back to your hand. While your at it you can also set a hot key to equip/unequip your helmet in the new thought wheel. Its under actions. I use the Insert button.

Foip works best if your face is well lit. If you have a light off to the side it makes it hard for the face tracking to see you properly and things get distorted. The best is if you use an IR cam with built-in LEDs, which will light your face fully in infrared, which you can't see and won't be affected by any ambient light (or lack thereof.)

But Vega, I can't believe you shot him. I thought we've been through all this the first time with the bounties. Have we thrown all that out the window now, so shooting each other isn't a big deal? I don't know, feels kind of double standard to me. However, I did find it curious in the interest of science that his timer to live went WAY down as soon as he was shot up. I didn't expect that to happen. Which makes me think about suit integrity from sustained damage. I am sure it will eventually be a thing, but don't think they added it yet. Best part was the quantum glitch with the mid jump EVA. Oh and don't drop your water from your inventory to drink it. Click on it in your inventory and you'll get a prompt to carry it. Off the top of my head I can't remember, right click or left click. Right click I think, but you don't have to drop it. And yes, get a hot key for that helmet removal asap. It is much more convenient.
