Are you curious about Mudwater? It is a health drink that has been gaining popularity. As a GI doctor, I get questions about supplements all the time so I decided to put this review together.
In this review, I go through the ingredient list of the Matcha Mudwater product to see if there is research data supporting the claims made on the website. This review is for people who are interested in what the medical literature has to say. If you are someone who doesn't care about what the medical literature says, then this is not the review for you.

Caffeine sensitivity is REAL, having chronic IBS. The headline from this video did not deliver. Mudwtr took the first step away from such harsh levels of caffeine. However, I’m looking forward to a mainstream product that is completely caffeine free. One can only wish.

Check out the wunderground brain wash mushroom product. It’s meant to add to coffee-so it’s caffeine free from what I can tell. I’m a mud/WTR lover, and haven’t tried wunderground . Hope that helps!

If I have to be honest here mud water organic mushroom coffee it's not the best and it's very watered down and I was expecting that this product will be something amazing but if I have to give it between 0 and 10 I will give it a 3 that's all bad I don't like the product. Another product that I love that's a lot better than mud water organic mushroom coffee it's called. RYZE organic mushroom coffee and a taste 100% better than mud/water coffee it has more flavor it's a little more thicker and on the website they have 100,000 + reviews on their website but with mud water coffee they only have about 45,000 reviews on their website. The only problem that I have with RYZE organic mushroom coffee is they don't have the fruiting body in it and for some reason they say on their website that they test for third-party testing but they don't have it on their product and they said that they took it off their product for some reason I forgot what they said why they did? It is very important when you have organic mushroom coffee from any product that you must do a third-party testing on certain mushrooms because they can carry a dangerous fungi are bacteria. But anyway I will never buy mud water organic mushroom coffee again because I think it's not worth it.

I will be really honest with you.. I have drank mud avidly for a while now and I will say that initially while not the biggest fan of the taste itself…. But what I will say is that it has helped me wake up feeling ready to go in the morning as soon as my body gets a bit of sunlight I’m up ready to go… my focus throughout the is a lot better than vs when I drink coffee idk what it is but this product definitely makes you feel calm… and lastly at night time by like 9 pm my body is begging to go sleep naturally… I will also say that it has helped me with bowel movements… coffee usually makes me feel well constipated

I tried that cordycep formula when my daughter was in high school. It helped me a great deal getting back in basketball shape after so much time away. So maybe no there are no extra perks when already in peak condition. However a low or poor conditioning study would be a more accurate study to for science to evaluate.

As a "GI Doc" why note that in the description if you are not going to address this from that perspective?
As a "GI Doc" you should know that coffee can and does have adverse effects on the GI tract.
So either you don't know this or choose not to know or address it.

This is not true about coffee. It's hard on the liver of many, many people. It has to be detoxified and that depletes nutrients. I am a holistic nutritionist and I see so many clients' health issues improve when when come off coffee (or reduce intake drastically). I had a cancer scare twenty years ago and attended a specialist holistic cancer clinic. The first thing they tell ALL their patients to do is eliminate coffee and tea, as the caffeine really stresses the body.

I didn't have control over the amount of Coffee I was taking. The more caffeine I drank the more i needed it. The days I wanted to drink less or just overall not drink it at all I would be in a very bad mood I felt anxious and would start getting headaches. The more coffee I drank the more anxious I would feel. I was always on edge no matter what I did it sucked. When I found mudwater I was at my wits end. I had been depressed for two weeks and I did not know were it was all coming from. I finally decided to try mudwater. First couple of days I did notice I didn't have the crash I used to get in the afternoon. I also didn't get the jitters or anxious feeling. In the long run My depression has diminished significantly. I'm not saying it a cure for depression you should speak to your Dr. About your own health. I'm just saying what I've seen in myself. I also have noticed my eczema has Vanished and my daily headaches are no longer there. My inflammation that I used to get around my neck and my legs has also gone away. I didn't know how much my gut health has improved until I realized I am no longer running for the bathroom and I am no longer bloated. For me it's a 10 out of 10 and I think anyone on edge should try it. I did by the original flavor and I loved it.

Hmm i kinda wanted to try it, mostly for fun... but also as a way to cut down on caffeine and add a bit of other nutrients to my diet (for instance, i would never eat a plain mushroom by itself). But after hearing the company supports microdosing and psychedelics, I am out. Its one thing to have nutritional benefits that support a healthy body... but I think psychoactives and hallucinagenic drugs... that's going too far... not that I'm suprised a ~mushroom coffee company~ would support other types of mushrooms.

Mud water organic mushroom coffee I 👎 and when we buy a certain organic mushroom coffee we have to make sure clinical trials like taking lion's mane mushroom you have to take at least 500 mg or 800 mg to feel the effect and with different mushroom coffee out there they put less than that but it doesn't mean that I won't do anything for you it might do a little bit but not as more effective of the results of these clinical trials.

Fools multiply when wise men are silent.
So here I am, telling everyone to try it for themselves instead of listening to someone who didn't try the product. It appears as if she were only trying to look for the bad in this product and didn't give it a fair chance. There are so many other studies that have been done. This mentioned " a study" but not many others. If you guys search elsewhere, you will see that this actually does provide a significant difference in your day within a week. The people this doesn't work should account for these factors. Do you have an issue with using substances(coffee, alcohol, weed, etc)...)? If you use any of these, then surely you know that you can't expect real results. Your stomach and your brain are directly linked to each other. Nootropics can only work if you let them. None of this stuff is "proven," but that's because the majority of the world chooses not to fund the research.

If you are looking at different mushroom coffee options, I did an updated video comparing Everyday Dose, Mudwtr, Four Sigmatics, and Ryze. I took everything for about 7 months and found that Everyday Dose was the best for concentration.

Do not agree with most of your analysis. You lost me after your Lion's mane analysis.

This video isnt very helpful. You sensationalised the situation with your title, but wouldn't actually get to the point in your video. People are looking to buy this or not, and if there's a potential risk please address that immediately.

It is very important when we buy products that we have to make sure that it's always third-party tested to make sure it goes through protocols and safety measures. Mud water organic mushroom coffee I 👎 and when we buy a certain organic mushroom coffee we have to make sure clinical trials like taking lion's mane mushroom you have to take at least 500 mg or 800 mg to feel the effect and with different mushroom coffee out there they put less than that but it doesn't mean that I won't do anything for you it might do a little bit but not as more effective of the results of these clinical trials
