:O You're picking favorites! How could you! XD
Parents need to watch this video. This is what happens when parents push their expectations onto their kids into being the best and not teaching them that losing is not the end of the world. You actually learn more from failing.

"Just because that person is better than you , dosen't mean to treat them down".
There will be someone else being better than you.
But it's about YOU being better than YOU used to be.
but she has a point, you waste all those time studying, skipping parties and Mixers to hanging out with friends at the theaters
and ice cream shops just to get top grades then you get 1 uped all of a sudden, its like a car race where each car are 1 second from each other and the driver that came second gave it his all. This is enough to manipulate a weak negative mined person to do whats he did so i think its not intentional more of a psychological response by the body
@@ivisyung3088 Yes she does have a point, but what about Julie? She also work as hard, imagine her frustration seeing the F- on her grade, getting hitted hard during PE class intentionally by Em, and working hard for her essay just to be called her work is plagiarized. Em can literally go to Princeton if she didn't messed up Julie like this. You have to accept you cannot be first at everything. I hate this mentality where if you work hard you think you would be first. Just do your best and be happy of others' success.
@@ivisyung3088 don't you think Julie worked just as hard as Em did? Julie just didn't wake up and all of a sudden get all these good grades. She was always there it just wasn't noticed until Em saw she scored higher. Had she not been in the hunt of valedictorian she still wouldn't have noticed. Dulling Julie's light won't make Em's shine any brighter. It just makes her look hateful and jealous.
Yeah, there’s no reason for a person to be jealous or competitive with someone just because he/she does better. Don’t assume that someone is trying to be a showoff just because someone does better than you. And don’t assume that they are competing for popularity.
Just realized If your 2nd best You Tear someone Down You turn the 1st best will The other one do the same thing Like a loop💀💀

In my dad's high school class, there was a girl like this. Her high school days were literally all work and no play. She never went to any sports games, or school dances, or anything fun. All she did was study, and she also had a part-time job to pay for private tutoring, and during summer vacations, she was always in summer school, so she could have the best grades and be top of the class. But she pushed herself too far, her brain more or less overheated, and she almost had a breakdown as a result of the pressure she was putting on herself to succeed.
why is it always the friend who suggests an evil idea😂😂
Good question
Inspirational, this is what happens if your too determined to hurt someone else and not Focus on yourself.
Thanks
Anyone else wondering how Emily got that scantron and knew which answers were right and wrong before she took the test? Or why lockers don't have locks on them? Or how nobody noticed her stealing Julie's clothes?
I mean, there's no way she would have had access to a scantron before the test. And even if she did, she would have had to look at the answer sheet before the test, which would have automatically disqualified her from being valedictorian. And for the gym clothes, the whole situation could've been avoided if the lockers had had locks on them. And she should've gotten caught stealing Julie's clothes.
yea...
She could've just put the answers which she knew weren't correct
@@sakku2272 how would she know it wasn't correct?😅
I love the Lesson in this video. In fact, there’s no reason to be competitive or jealous of someone and start ruining his/her chances of having something good happen or given to them. Even if someone does better than what your good at,don’t always assume or think that someone trying to showoff or brag. Or competing for popularity.

The moral of the story is What happens in the dark always comes to light cause the truth will come out at the end. Always remember winning isn’t everything. Your actions always have a way of coming back to you. Just because someone is better than you it isn’t right to tear them down. Thanks Dhar for this wonderful lesson!
This is one of the most interesting videos I've seen all year.
I always thought nerds were smarter than everyone else, but I'd never thought one would stoop this low. You shouldn't try to be the best, even if it's for valedictorian. Winning isn't everything, and it's okay to lose, sometimes frequently. Cheating is never the answer, just accept what's happened. I know I would.

Moral of the story. Not all nerds are good guys, some of them can be bad guys. They can be selfish, egotistic, manipulative, jealous and arrogant. They can be full of themselves. Becareful what you friends with them.
Arrogant, adamant and disparaging
This has to be one of the most thrilling skits I’ve ever seen. First I’ve seen pretty girl backstabs prom queen and now smart girl backstabs valedictorian, best coincide. This video did really taught me a really good lesson from who I used to be long time ago. Just because someone is better than you doesn’t mean you get to tear them down. Envy leads to total unhappiness, rivalry, and a powerful virus that kills confidence of someone and self worth. Even worse for attempting to frame someone as guilty. Thanks for showing that.👏🏻

I agree
She deserved it. You can't be first in everything.

Um did the most what exactly?
This was such a great video, Dhar Mann! I felt the plot points made sense, and the character motivations made sense, the only thing that didn't make sense was that none of the faculty even tried to stop Julie from interrupting the graduation ceremony. Despite Emily supposedly being so smart, she ironically didn't get rid of any of the evidence that pointed to her being the culprit behind the sabotage. Why keep the clothes? Why use a school computer to change the essay? Despite this, the video had a well thought-out storyline and the lesson fit extremely well!

We need more “mean girls” videos we really enjoy watching those.
This tells a very clear story. And the lesson is not to try and set high expectations of others and not try to tear down someone else just to build up yourself. Another message I saw in this is that competition brings out the best and the worst in everybody. The important thing is to know the difference. In this case it brought out out the worst in Emily.
Don’t count your chickens before they hatch
this is basically "never have I ever" if devi was even crazier
Would love to see part 2 of the girls when they graduate college
They say cheaters never win. Emily was already making good grades, she did good enough not to even have to get jealous of Julie, but Emily let pride get in the way and got her in trouble
parents need to stop pushing things on to their kids and start listening to them what they want and just let them fail on their own that’s how you learn when you fail winning is not about everything it’s about having fun thanks for sharing Dhar 🥰
Except that in that video, it seems the girl was pressured herself.

The principal, who owes Julie a huge apology for yelling at her at 12:45, also played Lance the Driving instructor in another video. He wears a lime green tie when he gives a driving test to Tim who tries to cheat using autopark. The other man playing the teacher also owes Julie a big apology for the way he treated her. Can you imagine how much worse this would be if the truth hadn't come out soon enough?

I just have to give the girl playing Julie a compliment. She's so pretty
When you cheat, there is always the chance that someone knows and will expose you. Better to just do your best even if it is less than another person can do. Appreciate your gifts and abilities.
I'll be honest. I could relate to always being in first at everything. I had some competition in High School for valedictorian against four other classmates. We would always argue about who would be the best in school. Most of them said I was too dumb to become valedictorian. While they ended up being right, I still wanted my picture on the wall of valedictorian so that everyone could remember me as someone important and not just some nobody. I tried doing better and pushing myself, but they still outdid me. While I didn't think of sabotaging their grades, I did think of worse things to do to them that I rather not write. However, I knew it could get me in trouble, get me kicked out of every organization that I joined, ruin my whole reputation that I created in my freshmen year, and possibly make me a psychopathic criminal in prison for the rest of my life. Plus, my parents wouldn't love me anymore if I ever did such violent actions. So, I just locked myself in the bathroom and cried without anyone knowing since I was already called a crybaby in school more times than I could remember. By the time I graduated, I placed in the top ten percent of my class. While I got a blanket for a prize that I still cherish to this day and was very upset I didn't become valedictorian, I'm so glad I didn't actually do what I thought about in the past. Otherwise, I wouldn't be working at an animal shelter or clinic that would help bring me one step closer to achieving my veterinary career to this day. I already graduated college with a pretty good GPA and even made friends with someone who tutored me and helped me understand the difference between getting higher grades and actually learning. We even had a couple of classes together and graduated together. While I might not see her again, I'm never going to forget how much she helped me.
Woww I'm so moved by your speech ....it's really motivating thanks for sharing such phenomenal information
Learnt something new today

Who actually cares about valedictorian? It means nothing, even if you had a picture on the wall, people would have no idea who you are! Sorry for the "negativity" but it's the truth.
I'm not joking about this! I had severe anger issues growing up! Okay?!? You have no idea how it was to control myself every day at the slightest thing that went wrong with my days!

Poor julie! Imagine working on an essay, and then without knowing it, someone had printed out a plagiarized essay and made it look like you did it. That would be so frustrating. I can’t imagine how upset she must have been, and more betrayed when she realized Emily was the culprit
