Its either vacuum related or the float in the carb is sticking a bit. The right person under the hood abd doba little fine tuning she will come on a lot better..Somebody made a great statt on the car but fidnt finish it. Folks dont realize how much cash you hace to invest to get them perfect..She definitely has a lot of potential..Have a great day Nick
He must be getting old because he really doesn’t even get on them anymore. He used to see what these cars would do! I really hate when he takes his son in the fast cars because you already know before he pulls out we aren’t going to see how it runs. lol
Nick, i am at 18,977.00 in the ratty 71 Camaro i am bringing back to life, after a 30 year sleep in the California desert and it likes a lot, to look this good. when you replace almost everything, it cost a lot of cash, so this is a damn fair price. keep rocking. peace
Again, another awesome test drive! It's great how you take us for a tour top to bottom, bumper to bumper, test drive, show possible bumps and rust, and show the undercarriage! Awesome job, guys! Is it still for sale? Do the reverse lights work? Thanks. Keep up the awesome job Nick.
At 54 years old the lines are good, for she needs a little help here and there. But at her age who doesn't need a some help in todays world. For she is right there for the price that she is. Fine Camaro.
Tank is probably leaking at the seam, drip is to the right of the filler neck, also seems there's plenty of bondo on this car.. Thanks for the detailed video
Just like the other video on the silver 72, the front end is not correct. This car has the RS bumpers on it. But the parking lights are below the two bumpers. This is not correct. A round parking light should be above each bumper located between the grille and the headlight on both sides with the RS option. My guess is this car did not come with the RS option so it originally had the bumper that ran full width which is why the parking lights are below the bumpers and someone took off that bumper and put on the Rally Sport bumpers on each side.
@@mikeheggem9488 I cant tell about the ones on the video like the other guy could, I just said my 1972 cheyenne had double humped heads, a shop at our local track offered to buy them, personally I found no difference but the were stock.
The second gen Camaro took styling cue's from the Ferrari 250gt as GM was trying to introduce European style into their automobiles. The Vega borrowed some from the Camaro and the Fiat 124 however in no way was the Camaro inspired by the Vega, it was the other way around.
@@martyvanduzer9263 oh jeez, LoL. Never heard that before. I had a buddy who had a few Vegas but always 4 cyl cars. I never wanted one. Always wanted a Camaro though 67-73 doesn't matter I like any of those years. I'd always find a Nova or Chevelle for a good deal when I had cash in hand
I had a 73 rally sport 350 I got it up to 150 mph I traded it for a wedding ring …Big Mistake 😢
Are you still married?
I am surprised by the turbo 400 trans. I bet I could have that engine running right in just a few minutes. It's a good driver.

Shift it manually Nick, Lets see what it's got.

Missing the hose to the Vacuum Advance on the distributor. That affects how the car runs and accelerates.
I love split bumper Camero's same with the Vegas. Really nice car love the color combination too. 👍

Beautiful car. Always wanted early 70s with Basket Handle Shifter. Cheers

Like most of em. Needs a complete restoration
That is NOT a radiator cap. It's the incorrect gas cap.
The exhaust hangar on the right side is fucked up that's why it rattles.
Cortez silver with black stripes is🔥 and smoked side markers are a nice lil touch 👌 I Love this Camaro!
You guys do a great job going over the flaws. The dealers here sure wouldn't.
This and 69, are my favorite. Thank you for this video. Happy and safe Independence Day Everyone.
Nick this should be in your Camaro collection😂 this one is beauty
Most older Camaros come with 260 air (2 windows down at 60 miles per hour)
What about that kickdown? Still not hooked up
Honestly the 73 Olds you just posted is better than this. That 455 gets it.

Captain Obvious
My car, my color, but I need an all original Z with a 4 -Speed. I'll keep watching!
I think the horn thing is hilarious.
$29,900? Ÿèàĥ, right.
Exactly, it's got to be way more than that.
Looo at the website lmao
What goofball is going to pay almost 30K for this?
Looks like your passenger side header is loose....maybe thats what is rattling.
might be a 350 engine but it has 327 double hump power pack heads, it also has a turbo 400 transmission,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I had a 72 Cheyenne 1 owner 350 with double hump heads, great motor.
Poer pack
POWER Pack heads did not have double humps. They had a single triangle shaped icon.

What trans?
Did it not have a heater core or heater hoses?
Nice car Nick, hope the family is doing well.
Very nice Nick ❤🍻🍻🇦🇺🤝🇺🇲🦘🦘🌨🌨🏔🏔
Love your music 🎶 🎵 ❤️
You have the video tied to the wrong camaro on your web page.
Nice looking car but a big project.
🏆Damn one day 🍀 that is so cool ✌️
Good luck getting those at the auto store
Do you have Cougers 1967 or 68?? For sale?
🤘🏻I would buy it but it’s Missing the Cigarette lighter🤘🏻
Real Facts
Looks like you Got a Butch haircut Nice Camero wish it was a 4 speed
Nick- what do you think of this Vega body style compared to the 1968 Camaro?
The second gen Camaro took styling cue's from the Ferrari 250gt as GM was trying to introduce European style into their automobiles. The Vega borrowed some from the Camaro and the Fiat 124 however in no way was the Camaro inspired by the Vega, it was the other way around.
@@skxj I see these, and I just think "overgrown Vega"

What would you charge to ship to New Philadelphia Ohio.
Why dont your horns work down there.
And it's not LS swapped
Horn I say no.😂
Would love to own this car
Has a good look body and paint are descent needs a mechanic to fix a few things and you'll have a nice car to cruise this summer
Classic.
Of course nothing like a '67 with the crotchblaster 5000 wing windows!
Good stuff fellas ✌️😆👍
Cur la' ren ❤ 🥇
NICE CAR 🚘🚗🚘
I like, nice.
Hello
Nice!!!!
I likey!
Why put Z/28 emblems on a camaro?
Same reason almost every Chevelle has SS badging.
If its titled as a 70 1/2 its a rs z/28 split bumper
People have been putting the z28 emblems and stripes on Camaros forever. Always trying to dress up your car without spending much money.
Love it😍
Another nice one
I seen the speedo cable disconnected on under body footage
