I'm looking to move to either star meridian Caldwell or Middleton but all of these TH-cam videos everybody only talks about homes to buy. What about large townhomes by the lake or with a nice view in one of those towns. Do you have anything or do you deal with that
Thanks for watching & the question. I assume you’re interested in renting a townhome (opposed to buying one)? There are some townhomes close to the river - but not many that are truly lakefront… sometimes they’re marketed as being “Lakefront”, but well, those “lakes” are typically more like glorified oversized ponds, if you know what I mean.
Isn't this the same town where two retired Californians (with a $100,000 a year pensions) were both running for mayor? Yikes, moving in from Cali and trying to make changes.
Such a great question… and honestly, I have not heard ANYTHING about that. And I’m a researcher, so I took a beat to see if I was missing something… as far as I know (and as far as my incredible network of Eagle homeowners go) no, that is not the case.
