Buyer Beware If you own or thinking about purchasing a 2023 or 2024 11th generation Honda Accord...Beware. The gas line, brake lines and evap lines are plastic and are not fully protected by Sheilds, Guards. These cars have about a 14 inch section were these lines are exposed to road hazards. I had something hit these pipes, one was cut almost completely through, others severely damaged. The repair bill at the Honda dealership is over $7,000.00. I reported this to American Honda as I feel this could have been prevented had lines been metal or at minimum run behind a protective cover. These undercarriage on these cars are almost completely covered by shields, guards, you even have to remove the skid plate to change oil, filter but Honda decides to leave this section of crucial pipes non protected from road hazards. Honda has refused to take any responsibility for not providing a guard which would prevented such damage. I could have lost my brakes and or a fire started due to damage occurring.
Ughhhh American cars never get auto-folding mirrors. As one of the rare Americans that drives often in an urban environment, I find the fact that most American cars get rid of that feature to be very, very annoying. Otherwise, the Accord Hybrid is so luxurious and refined. Currently driving the 2021 Accord Sport, and I'll probably buy another Accord in the future.
Can you drive it with the engine whenever you want? Or does the engine ONLY kick in at higher speeds. If I were to get this car I’d want to drive it with the engine only and sometimes EV mode
@@juicewrldclips6523 what a load of BS. your original comment had nothing to do with that and warming up the car has nothing to do with EV only mode. Again, learn how a hybrid works, dumbass.
Disappointed with the new Accord's look. Seems big, ugly, boring and stupid looking compared to the 2021's sleek style. I was hoping for something even cooler this year, but it's just not there. Plus, it's expensive! I am extremely disappointed...!
@@nickkalogeresis8036 im not talking about the screen, i mean everything else. The honey comb style for the A/C looks better, staring wheel looks better, that digital tacometer customizable is better, the car is bigger and comfy. Its just better on everything literally
@@Joseabh24 I hate the honeycomb vent styling. The interior of my 2021 Sport had a Batman sleek feel and there were rear seating USB ports which the 2024 does not. The car had plenty of room. The 2024 Accord also lacks fog lights. It just looks plain and uninspiring.
Beautiful car. Love the simplicity of the interior and exterior design.
I Agree😀

Wish the car had ambient lighting and a moon roof instead of a sun roof.
Great Car Review

real ?
I have this car it’s nice but I know he had to have the pedal to the floor because he was driving fast in economy mode 😂.
I’m big into warming engines up before a drive. Can I run the engine anytime I want?
Yes with modern cars it’s okay

do you know how a hybrid works? 🤦
@ bruh If I get a car I want to WARM IT UP. That’s why I asked.

@@iishyxvietxboyii1 no it’s not. Oil temperature is extremely important for the rod bearings and crank bearings of an engine.

Did that say 17 mpg?
Sound noisy
its fake
Is kis/hyundai better than honda and toyota nowdays?
yes
No
kia/hyundai are deffintly starting to do better but they are far from being as good as Toyota or Honda
@@hsiautoclub Nah Hyndai/Kia are better, you people still live in 1980.
yes. japanese manufacturers are cheating on their cars with low quality components. Definitely kia/hyundai is the better choice now.

I feel the same way. I love my 2021 Sport and I hated that they made Sport all hybrid and dumbed down the styling for 2024.
On the interior looks way better than 2021’s
