Great video. Was cebu pacific atrict with the checked bag and carry on weight. Were the seats comfortable

Not strict on the carry on as long as it doesn't look bulky and heavy, otherwise it will be intercepted. Seat is of the slim type, so don't expect a sofa level of comfort. It is also pre-reclined so you can't recline it further.
