as a person who was dead against cruise ships I recently went on the Oasis of the seas for my honeymoon and my God it's an experience il never forget! I will never go on a beach, city or skiing holiday again as I have done them all! this tops them by far. You really pay for what you get

I have a question, it looks really nice and open air, so if it rains, how do they stop the inside of the ship from getting wet, wouldn't that extra weight of the water, weigh the ship down?
yep cant stop the rain getting in, when it rains all the guests have to get the emergency buckets from their rooms and start bailing, this usually works quite well however a few ships have been lost in the past due to lazy passengers not putting in enough effort.The second thing they do if the ship gets "weighed down" is they throw the fat people overboard, definitely helps but the do gooders often interfere and prevent this happening. the best thing to do is check the long range forecast and avoid cruising if rain is predictedHope that helps..............Rob
I would say about 90% of it is. Things like Drinks (Water, Juice,Iced Tea are Free), specialty restaurants (though there are MANY places to eat free), shopping & excursions are additional.
just got off Regal Princess, only the buffet, pizza, grill, main dinner room and cafe were included. everything else like gelato, sushi, italian, steak house, coffee house, etc... were extra charges. that kinda took the shine off for me. maybe i'm spoiled, first cruise was on Explorer of the Seas and back then Johnny Rockets was included so I was there every night for late night snack
