HOW TO MAKE INUTAK (FROM PATEROS);

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Yields: Serves 8
2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup rice flour
1 cup sugar
a pinch of salt
3 cans coconut milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 oz ube powder
ube food flavoring
3 tbsp condensed milk
Combine and sift - flour, salt and sugar.
Remove 1/2 cup coconut milk from 3 cans of coconut milk - set aside.
Combine dry ingredients with coconut milk and evap.
Divide batter into two.
Cook the first batter using a wok.
Use low to medium heat.
Keep stirring for 3 minutes then add ube powder and ube flavoring.
Keep stirring for about 5 to 6 minutes until shiny and glossy.
Pour in a baking glass coated with cooking spray.
Set aside.
Cook the other half using the same method.
When done pour on top of the ube - set aside.
Make the topping by combining the set aside coconut milk and add 3 tbsp condensed milk.
Pour on top.
Broil until top is brown and bubbly. (it took me 4 minutes to brown my inutak)
Serve room temperature.

Wow chef ron ngayon ko lng mapnood itong video mo , taga pateros ako kain lang ng alam ko pag dating sa inutak ngayon napanood ko na ang video mo ganun pala kadali lang gumawa ng inutak slamat sa pag share mo masaya ako at nakita ko itong video mo , na busy kc ako itong nakaraan arw puro likes lang ako sa iyo , alam mo na may natutunan ako sa iyo kaya nag umpisa na ako sa maliit na negosyo un skinless longganisa pa 2 kilo muna ako sa umpisa ngayon medyo nadag dagan na ayus lang para may roon akong kita kahit sa bahay lang , senior na ako kaya dto lng sa bahay ako nag titinda alok lang sa kapit bahay salamat sa iyo sana mapili mo ako pang dagdag sa maliit kong negosyo .
