Your hardware looks ok. Seems your dual boot is messed up. Try a linux boot disk. If it takes you through to the install OS screen, then your hardware is fine and your Windows boot is messed up. Try Windows 11 on a separate hard drive. Don't think it likes dual boot setups...

Update to the newest BIOS version so you can unlock all of the possible performance, then it will work
Looks like the bios on your board is on version F6. The Gigabyte site says you need version F10f for the Q9500 to work. You need to update the bios.

I have that exact mobo and have the same issue so it is your motherboard
I found I needed a BIOS restore CD to make a different Core 2 CPU work in an intel 775 motherboard
