Canada is run by idiots. That is why. Wasting resources to review old posts looking for hate speech instead of dealing with critical issues. Our PM’s priority was to legalize pot so he would be re-elected. You can live in an iron lung as long as you want here for free. Due to our ridiculously high taxes Doctors allow families to dictate their own healthcare and allow families to keep their relatives on ventilators for years and years despite brain death having been declared. Why? Tax payers pay and doctors can bill the public health care system. Don’t ask why Canada does anything…… ask Trudeau why he is an idiot.

We’re going to Disneyland in August.. it’s over $150US per day. Our 2 days for our family of 5 is $3000CDN, just for the tickets alone not including flights or hotel 🫠💸

18:33 Goodness Adam, .97 x 13 = 9? This is basic head math man. All the respect to you in the world for your business acumen, but it just goes to show that the two things don't necessarily go together.
On that subject though, in Vegas I remember gas being .99 a gallon. It stuck with me because the price just skyrocketed right after 9/11
    🤣
Edit - And it's worth mentioning that margarine was brought about due to Napoleon III, not THE Napoleon. I only looked it up because I knew Napoleon was long dead in 1869.

Well Ladies if you keep thinking about ordering Muscle Mommy but you feel guilty about spending the money on yourself just what I did. I told my husband I wanted to buy it but said I was going to wait because I was still running through MAPS 15 and I also have MAPS Anabolic to run through first. But I was really liking it because of the pelvic floor exercises and how they will help tighten my girlie parts and it will help tighten my vaginal muscles which will make sex even better. Needless to say my husband asked me last night if I bought it yet. I told him no that I was going to wait. Then today he texts me saying go ahead and buy it. Hahaha. 😂

Find me a creatine that won’t cause weight gain and I’ll take it. I’ve tried many forms and the reason women don’t like it is the extra weight. 5lbs on my tiny frame makes a huge difference and every time I’ve taken it i packed on pounds that were not flattering- it went straight to my stomach and thighs, even my face looks fat and once I stopped it …… it took forever to lose. When men put on 5lbs you can hardly tell. They claim it’s “ water weight” but whatever it is - it makes my normally fit body look and feel way too fat regardless of dose.

Horsepower is relevant to torque; how many footpounds of pressure can the engine drive into the transmission to push on that axle(in a gear system🤣). Horses at multiple metrics can put a lot of force into heavy pieces of metal like a plow 😂 and get themselves to a stride therefore you would want to measure the force in the rope needed to pull the plow through the friction of dirt. It's definitely a weird measurement so now you think about the amount of pressure many strong men athletes had to put into the rope to pull buses and planes, by getting themselves to a stride because once it's rolling you're just maintaining speed to prevent slack in the rope.

I actually do as much as I can, every day, barefoot, and, even though with my job I have to wear boots, I still get the boots that are a little bit bigger than they need to be and they are the extra wide ones which yes doesn't provide the stability in the heel but I always wear double socks and I keep the socks loose around the toes so I don't get blisters on my heels and I can still splay my feet, naturally. I hope you guys at least bring up some exercises people can do besides simple concepts like being barefoot as much as possible

I lift barefoot at home, stand shoeless at my desk all day, and have exclusively worn Xero shoes for 1.5 years. All my knee, hip and back issues disappeared, despite walking 10,000-15,000 steps a day. ❤
