    Thank you. I discovered Kundalini Yoga as a great treatment for OCD and anxiety. That's how I first discovered it. I chose this because I like the organic approach for my treatment as opposed to medicine. IT WORKS VERY WELL. I practice not so much to feel good, but just function. It is my medicine.
