i made this pancakes by following all the exact measurements but it did not turn out good it was rubbery and uncooked in the middle, felt like i was eating raw flour. where it i go wrong?
Hello! I'm sorry to hear that. I think the problem was the cooking: you may have cooke them over too high heat so they weren't properly cooked inside. Low the heat, because these pancakes are thick and for cooking through without burning outside, you should handle the heat. A lid could be helpful.

I'm not sure what do you mean for raw milk, but if you mean a milk from the farm, you should boil it prior to consumption.
