I tell people that I watch videos from a relationship coach online to help me through me relationship hardships. But they look at me funny. People don't know how good Coach Kenneth is. I am very thankful I stumbled across this man and Ms. Margaret. They have helped me more than my family and friends.

She came back to our marriage and now we are better than ever before.

I finally found the love of my life he was such an incredibly warm, sweet loving man and I loved him so much and I loved to drown him in my warm love, he said I was the best girlfriend he has ever had and he has never felt so loved and happy ever in his life like I made him feel, he came with all these big fucking words about how he wanted to marry me, and have kids with me, and how he wanted to be with me for the next 70 years. I never said such big words first, because Men have often told me big words that are nothing but empty bullshit in the end. But he seemed to be the most honest genuine man in the world and I wanted to believe him so I did... fool I was... when he said them I would always return the words, I wanted to spend my life with him. But nooooope... him and his big words was gone before even a tiny pathetic year could pass. He said "always" so many times but was gone right away from my life as if he was never there, he said "I want to be with you for 70 years then 35.000 years" blah blah that he "has never been so in love before" and he was shocked as he wondered if he had ever even been in love at all as everything else was nothing compared to what he felt for me.. blah blah blah...
Yet he is gone before it has even been ONE year.... he broke up with me after 11 months together... I have never been so crushed and utterly broken in my entire life. I cried and cried and begged and begged and told him he is my happiness, I was soooo pathetic begging him to be with me don't leave me.... I told him he is the light of my life, don't take away my light... he is all I want... he is a perfect man... I told him everyday in our relationship that I felt like the happiest girl in the world that could have him as my boyfriend, that he made me so happy, that he was The One, he said the same things to me... but no... in the end... he went from the warmest, sweetest most passionate kind warm loving man... to a now STONE COLD, DISTANT, SELF-ABSORBED douchebag... :'( Don't come here with your bullshit about WOMEN as if we are all the same, my love for him never wavered, I was as warm as I have always been towards him even LONG after he became cold towards me. What sucks for me is that it hurts a lot Mentally everything I really enjoy gets her off my mind and then somehow, SOMEHOW she enters my mind and it drives me nuts. It's because the thoughts of our relationship makes me feel I won't find anyone who won't accept me as much as she did or as trustworthy as her. She was the most amazing person I've ever met. I may be over her both emotionally & physically. But Mentally she won't leave my mind. She was more open to me than anyone else including her exes. Sometimes Idk if should get back with her or not due to what happen between us during our last week.

I don't know where you are now but if someone is trustworthy they stay. They are trustworthy as long as they do stay, but it is more correct to say a relationship you build with someone is trustworthy for that moment. Even the most unstable people have their moments when you can trust them, but the most devastating feeling is when someone has been stable and trustworthy for years, then they ruin it. The thing is, people change all the time and nobody is trustworthy forever. You shouldn't worry about finding someone as accepting and trustworthy, that's the easy part. What you should focus on is your emotions. You will be accepted, you will be yourself with another person, but will you feel as happy? Should you feel as happy with this person as you did when you were with your ex, as the same person you were? If you can say yes to that, then I assume you didn't get too comfortable with your ex to the point you couldn't even realize the little mistakes you made. Those little things accumulate, and when partners look back and can't find any major problem that may have ruined attraction. If that happened to you, you should have a bit of self-critical introspection so in your next relationship you establish a deeper bond, you can act much less naive and more mature, realize that a relationship is a living entity you should do your part to keep alive.
I'm going through it with my baby momma and recently ex fiance of 4 years. No contact isn't really an option. I'm hurting bad and don't know what to do. We have a 2 year old son together so I can't just not talk to her. She says she wants to see other people to see if she's happy. Should I just do no contact unless it's about our son?

No contact worked it took about 4 weeks. I was being told that she was talking about me between our friends. She was then using our friends to make me go to her yet it's like "No if she wants to talk to you, you make her come to you."
Eventually things were still messed up as in though she threw the Red Flags and I chose to block her on all Media platforms I was still blamed for the Breakup.
So two months afterwards she go Married and later was Pregnant. I'm glad I'm not with her she probably cheated on me and was insecure so got married to quit having bfs.

2 weeks of no contact, and thanks to these videos, I am shifting towards having a secure attachment style. You're not alone here guys, almost 7 years for us living together and sharing our lives. About 6/7 weeks into the breakup now and we're in limited contact due to pets/moving etc.. Days are really up and down but I'm completely heartbroken, hurts like nothing I've ever felt before. I feel for everyone in these comment sections because I know their days are mostly made up of watching the 3 fantastic coaches! @@lizp637 Yeah, that hurts bad. I saw my ex kissing a "friend" literally the day after she broke up with me supposedly saying that she did not want to be in a relationship right now. Apparently the qualifier WITH YOU was left out. (although I am almost sure it started before we officially split)
The hardest part is that they just couldn't be honest with us, at least tell me what I had done wrong to deserve it so that I can work on myself! As it is all we can do is pick up the pieces and move one. I hope we can both find happiness again one day. It may feel hopeless right now but we must solider on. Best of luck dear internet friend. I think you need to move on man. I don't know what your relationship was like but I literally scrolled down the comments and saw yours from two years ago and now this one. Two years is too long to be hung up on one person. I know it is hard and scary but you have to live your life man. I was with my ex for 6 years and I didn't see the breakup happening and all my friends and family were very shocked that we broke up. So I know for me it is going to be hard to see her move on but she ain't coming back. You got to find stuff you enjoy. Read books, paint, dabble in photography, write, music, anything. Eventually you'll find someone better and you'll be better prepared.

During this time she pretended to be dating her male friend who i never even heard of anything (she made friends with him in her friend circle) to hurt me to see if i cared.
Long story short after a bunch of apologies and arguements we got back together only to break up again over more petty childish fights.
I was bothered because she was too "busy" to hang out with me, go on dates or anything really.
However because of the little game she played (pretending to date someone else) i lost most of my feelings for her so honestly this time around it didn't hurt so bad, it also turns out she is kind of a narcissist so i dodged a bullet.

Within the last week I had two traumas, my dog of 16 years had to be put down and my ex dumped me, I feel like this was paramount because 2 things hit me at once, trust me it’s not easy, I have a few indications that my ex either thinks about me or is trying her best to move on. Every passing day I start feeling myself again, give it time because I can assure whoever reads this, that time is our biggest weapon, because unbeknownst to you, that weapon slowly pierces there heart without us even knowing it!

I have been listening to you for only a short while. I normally listen from my phone in the car on the way to and from work so I have not been able to comment. Listening to you has brought to light some of the things I did drastically wrong! I feel like my situation is a little different only because my ex has been in my life since 1986. He was my best friend and in 1995 we started dating, moving in together and now share children. We separated 6 years ago. I left (LONG STORY) and he did the whole "emotional I want you back" scenario while I was needing space however he was giving mixed signals. He started dating and then a year later I did. Wish I had been proactive and found this channel months ago. As it is, I made too many mistakes and probably pushed away my ex completely. Sucks, but it's probably for the best as she was emotionally abusive. Still.... Miss her terribly though.

Made the mistake and texted him twice after the breakup on November 21 2019.. told him that since the breakup I now can see the things where I have to work on myself/my life clearly and I will give myself all attention which he thought must give me. Well also said that I love him so much. His reply was it's not gonna fail on his love for me so quickly and that he loves me. That the texts sounded so positive that it made him happy that I'm doing good.
So, here's the deal: Went no contact after this last text from him which is now about 10 days..

I chased for a week, most of it wasn't focused on the relationship at all except when she brought it up, After that I decided it wasn't healthy for either of us since she clearly didn't want to talk with me and I've stayed away. No social media, no texting and definitely no stalking.
We were long distance, but the kind of long distance where you can see each other in 2-3 hours at the most in an emergency. Half of my family lives closeby to her so I will be in her area from time to time, but I hope she doesn't take it as me going after her. I obviously won't be going to her house or workplace, but she works next to the trainstation I need to get on to get to my family which makes it hard not to walk by when travelling

I need help but I'm a single mother of two autistic kids so I can't afford to get the right help. The councilor I see is it the right one, I'm looking for another one but my insurance won't cover the kids of person I need to talk to from what I am finding 😟 I am at a loss, the videos help but I'm not sure what to do.......it's a complicated situation and I am thinking of just walking away. Seven months is a long time bro, I mean realistically if they haven't reached out For 3-4 months max I think you need to move on. Yes there is the chance they will reach out down the line, but after that amount of time it's best to move on and not wait around for something that might never happen.
What if your ex has already moved on after I spent three months trying to patch things up? When we broke up officially, she was on tinder and talking to guys the same/next day? Why would no contact work on someone that doesn't want you?

I couldn't relate to this video. Lesbian relationships have completely different dynamics than heterosexual relationships. Men and women are very different and the way we think in relationship situations is often different because of feminine vs. masculine energy. I usually like your videos, but as a heterosexual, this was a waste of time and didn't help me.
