How to Make a Hemp Bracelet

Follow along with Emily as she shows you how to make your own bracelet out of hemp cord.
You will need:
-two pieces of hemp cord about the length of your wingspan (60")
-scissors
-tape
-wooden beads (optional)
We used a standard medium weight cord to make the project in this video. You can use the same knot on almost any size cord to create different looks.

Any size hemp will work! It will only change the thickness of your bracelet.

Hey so I was doing this earlier with thinner thread and I’d definitely say to use at least a wingspan’s length, I find that you use up more string than you think as you tie the knots

You can use any type of string. It is easier when your cord or string has a bit of stiffness to it.
