    I have flagged this video as the best instruction for square knots and sliding knots. Most of them go too fast with no information and I have to keep stopping and rewinding. Very frustrating for us beginners!!! Thank you!

      Michelle Charis I totally agree with you. I first came across her videos where she made the knotted pillow using tights (stockings) and as a beginner I knew immediately that I was able to make the pillow.

    This video was so great! You explained everything so clearly, and using the different strand colors definitely helped me figure out exactly how you were placing the strands for the knots.     Bought a bracelet from the website ‘Rosegoldandblack.com’ and it’s too large for my wrist is there a way I can shorten to bracelet without having to take it completely apart. The bracelet is adjustable but the lowest setting is still too big

    Excellent video! One question, as I move my wrist downward my bracelet becomes loose and I have to keep pulling the two ends to tighten the bracelet. Is there a way to make this not happen? I know David Yurman uses a tension clasp to lock the bracelet in the position. Appreciate your feedback. Thank you

    Thank you for explaining easily and slowly. Also for getting right to the point. This video helped me learn. I tried prior with other videos and ended up in frustration. However ur video was so simple amd helpful thank you. I managed to do the closer properly for once. B4 I would give up amd simply tie the braclet on permanently.

    Was wondering if anyone has tips on how to get the sliding square knot stay in place.
    Once i wear the bracelet and adjust it to my size, it always tends to slide back and loosen up.
    i am using waxed threads for the bracelets-

    What type of cord do you use in thos tutorial? I always like making this kind of bracelet but i find it hard to find the perfect cord,any suggestion?

      I used leather cord from Michael's. It's by the brand Bead Landing. I actually prefer using thinner cord to make square knot bracelets (because I think that tighter knots look better), but any type of leather/suede cord should do.

      I personally use nylon but I think you can use any cord as long as it's sturdy. Hope this helps!😊

    this is one of the easiest tutorials I've ever watched! thank you! can you use macrame cord, thread or yarn?

      MintyFudge Brownie I am no expert, but I would stay away "regular" yarns because they tend to fray. There are some novelty yarns or thicker type cord like yarns that would work well. Leather, silk cord, "rat tail," and other cords work the best.
