Put some 200 treadwear tires for autocross and it hooked and booked. Biggest smile on my face I ever got in my life. Loved it so much that I got another c5z to build, and this time went all out with a freshly rebuilt LS6 with forged rods and pistons and an even more aggressive cam and a clutch. Transmissions already a tick stage 3. Tentative goal of 720whp on E85 for this one now.

Thank you sir. C5 LS3 gang! NA LS3 usually make best safe power around mid 12s AFR. Every setup and engine is a little different but that’s typical rule of thumb, but most peak at 12.3-12.7 AFR, regardless if it’s 93 or E85.

Yea, If you're going to invest in a Vette, putting a cam in it at the very least is worth it. Problem is, then you can't stop. Next, it's the Pro charger, headers, E85, injectors, low side fuel pumps...etc. It's a very expensive addiction to have...but DAMN, if it isn't worth it!!! 😂😂

Lean under very light load, such as idle or cruising, as long as it’s not super lean like in 18s, is not an issue. It’s an open loop tune, so no O2 correcting and keeping it around 14.7. Regardless it’s been fine tuned afterwards and corrected to be closer to 14-16 on all cruising, idle and light load conditions.

Going to listen to them instead of some doofus online. 550 whp na on LS6 with a street-able idle is not that easy. Joe Cordez has told me this like 4x. Cam, heads, long tubes, 90mm TB, FAST manifold gets at best like a hair under 500 wheel. Unless you get 93 octane. And go with a stage 3 cam. Which won’t idle nice on the street I don’t have 93 octane in Az. This is why I’m beyond confused. Hard to believe internet video with zero dyno proof.

60 is top of 1st with 3.42 rear end and 7k rpm with the T56.
