Probably can't. Can sometimes get outside your body through either external interactions (Happened to me all of two times... It's rare!!!) or hard work. For semi-detailed info from a physics (but not overly mathy, I can enjoy the read), consider reading "Stalking The Wild Pendulum". It's wrote very practically and is straight forward. It's much more interesting than I can write here, but the principal comes down to objects with little mass being about impossible to know both the velocity of and the size of simultaneously, and how large a spirit may be in terms of mass, and how most things appear to vibrate, including the tiny pieces inside of atoms. It's all very strange, but the practical experiment for inducing time dilation appears to work perfectly (Me and one other is my sample size thus far; it takes about 5 minutes to learn and try.) Anyway, that's some semi-useful info. If you do manage to "walk outside", do be cautious; I don't know the rules and regulations out there, and I semi-safely assume not all things you may meet are as kind as the ones I have. It's sick tho, definitely meeting spirits that are loyal to God is a peak life experience. The ones that aren't... Well, psychosis sucks, and at least some of them can cause it on contact 😅. It seems to be largely a world of consent out there. Anyway, thought it'd be irresponsible to give you the tools without the warning that they aren't all kind 😅.
Caveot; faith is also a force, it appears. Almost an inertia of the spirit, but that also interacts directly with God who decides if He is up for acting on it. I base my faith on having personal interactions and also the statistical chance of prophecies having been fulfilled; it isn't blind faith, I'm very stubborn, so I need a lot of evidence before I can confirm something. A fun thing to try is to imagine what your spirit's color is, then look around the "room" it is in. In mine, there's strings, of all things, and interacting with the string that appears to lead to a given person appears to result in them contacting me in "real life". I'm quite new to all this, so take it with a grain of salt. Another fun one is to use that same "spirit body" you can see in your imagination (Lol I don't have terminology for this stuff, it's experimental, sorry!) and see it in your current environment. Observe what it does, and if it is safe, see if doing what it does is maximally fulfilling to you. So far my testing is inconclusive, but leans towards it being a very direct 1 to 1 win ratio for optimal outcomes. Same for other people I've asked to try it, so far! Anyway, this wasn't succinct, yet I thought, why not leave it here for you or someone else scrolling to find later? It's all quite fun, as long as you don't take any deals. Last note; deals: you may be offered x for y when seeking spiritual and or magical strength. Stick with a polite no; we don't know the rules, we don't take contracts, we're new at existing and all. Sorry if that last part sounds more superstitious, it's just the case that I've been in that situation, and the prospect of having more "spiritual leverage" is genuinely tempting for almost anyone.
