He also isn't a runner anymore. His Olympics was nearly 20 years ago. Now he's doing more weight lifting and much heavier than he was as an Olympic runner.

This is one of the most civil rivalry competition iv'e ever seen. I like the respect through it all. Good job, fellas.

This is why I love lifting. This is a “competition” but they’re still motivating each other to give it their all.
Both the Nick are putting in so much time , efforts and money to make these videos. And it's worth it . I feel pumped just by watching these videos.

I've always had a really narrow thin non athletic body but Nick Symmonds channel has gotten me so much into fitness, and not bodybuilding/powerlifting fitness but just general fitness, like mile run, pushups, pull ups, sprints etc.
Man Nick has is all. I came across him looking for any sort of advice I could get to perform my best for my senior year of track an I got so much more.
