Dawless minimal house jam (Drumbrute Impact, Akai S-20, Keystep 37, Boss BX-80)

Simple setup with the keystep 37 controlling the Akai S-20 (chord sample) with me controlling the drumbrute impact and playing with the beat repeats and mutes. Everything routed into the Boss BX-80 mixer. All analog (if you don't count the sequencer)

Nice! I might choose to make everything more staccato except for maybe just one instrument, then swap the roles around. The clap you added in tends to complicate the rhythm, so maybe take something else out when you add it in. Try playing around with the tempo too.

thanks for listening and thanks for the advice! yeah the clap was an experiment; I set it to a different meter, but it ended up clashing more than I liked
