Hi, I've already painted yours hibiscus flower (twice) and now I'm going to make the bracelet :). Becouse of you I've found something what makes me happy :)). Your tutorials are very professional and you're my Master. Xxx Izabela
You're a genius. I've been trying to bend metal into this shape for ages, and until coming across this video, it's been haphazard. I appreciate the tips!
Ross, Bless you. You jump-started my Muse. I'm test driving your paper art process after watching your excellent videos. You are a gifted painter, love your jewel color palette. Sending warm grateful thoughts, Namaste.
Fabulous lesson!! You're videos are so carefully constructed…love the details in your descriptions and the camera work. Thanks so much for the inspiration and for sharing your amazing techniques.
Hi - I get the rice paper on line from several art supply websites - Sax Art and Dick Blick are two examples. The rice paper at Sax is called Imperial Kinwashi, if you would like to give that a try. I also have a few students who have tried gift wrapping tissue paper and have had success. Hope this helps! -Ross
Hi there!!! I love your work, is amazing!!!! I have been looking for paper rice but i can't found it, could you give me another name to replace the rice paper, please? I live in Canada and the rice paper doesn't exist here :( Thanks you!!!!! :)
I like the information for making the corners sharper. Honestly, I don't really like the wonkiness of the 15 corner results. I did learn a lot by watching this video though especially bending it perpendicular and then bending up is shear genius. Not only can you use the rice paper bead, another long similar size bead can be used, such as a beautiful glass bead. Maybe even a stone if ever one could be found this size and round. Thank you!

The wire can also be hammered with a rawhide or nylon hammer if you wish to avoid flattening the metal. Thanks for watching!
Couldn't find the Imperial Kinwashi at Sax Art. Maybe they have discontinued it.
