Unless it's been opened and repaired, I'm not sure I'd rely on this info. Also, by definition braid will fray. It doesn't last forever, ask any beachcasting angler. There is no magic bullet for this product type and no perfect solution. IF it is maintainable thats good but who knows if it is or if the allen bolts are just fake. Besides, theres a spring mechanism inside which is going to fail eventually through metal fatigue. Looks nice though.
