Yo. Awesome series of dynamic stretches, Mr Vigue👊✊ I am open to possibilities today - a dramatic shift from how I've been the past 2 months at least. Thank you for contributing to that. My favorite martial arts films are
    * Sidekicks (Chuck Norris, Jonathan Brandis)
    * Hard to Kill (Seagal, not be confused with seagull ;))
    * Black Belt Jones (yes, I own this one)
    * and cartoon series Avatar: The Last Airbender (NOT the live action film of similar name)

So I never comment the answer for your question because I watch on my xbox and you can't comment, but I HAD to get my phone out. Id say number one is Shaolin Soccer. I'm 23 so it was literally one of the first I'd ever seen and it's still a fun ride. And maybe IP Man 2 after that, Drunken Master and anything Jackie is brilliant. But tbh the first Never Back Down was always a good choice for light watching and a very good story. Super western made film but I think it's another fun one with some pretty good emotion. Also does Matrix count lol? Much love to you and your family Coach and thanks for years of videos. I also wanted to ask the possibility of a chest video? I have clostochlenitis and sometimes I can't even put my arms in from without mass pain, my chest also gets relieved from popping it like my knuckles but I've noticed in the long term, not cracking it helps more. But I've never been able to find an actually good stretch or exercise for the condition, I can't do planks or push-ups anymore or carry heavy things on the bad days. No insurance so you're my guy I go to lol

This was a fantastic stretch, I did this after one of your older arm workouts and my shoulders thank you for that, can't say the same for my quads. I am going to try and finish one of your older yoga videos next.
    Favorite Martial arts film is
Rush Hour in the comedy genre,
Enter the dragon in drama genre, and
Shaolin soccer in the absurd physics genre.

Wow. Wow wow wow. Favorite martial arts film? That’s like asking for a favorite song, book or ice cream flavor. You can’t choose just one. At least, I can’t. Heck, I’ve forgotten more films than most people have probably seen.
Here. I’ll try to brush off the cobwebs and share some of my favorites (all in the original language and in no particular order and with the caveat that this is off the top of my head):
    Kung Fu Hustle
    Shallow Soccer
    Come Drink with Me
    Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
    The 36th Chamber of Shaolin
    Iron Monkey
    The Kill Bills
    Five Element Ninjas
    The Eight Diagram Pole Fighter
    Master of the Flying Guillotine
    Shadow
    Drunken Master 2
    Wing Chun
    Five Deadly Venoms
    Tai Chi Master
    A Touch of Zen
I’ll stop here before this becomes an encyclopedia of movies. All of the above films are enjoyable for a variety of reasons. There are many many more where that came from. As always, YMMV.
