I agree with both of the replies above, I haven't really followed TSR, doesn't interest me. Because it just has less game modes and less customization compared to CTR. but most of all, CTR requires more skill, and just look at 4:29 you can have car updates in *TIME TRIAL* seriously? I hate that idea of having car upgrades in time trials and online, I'd actually be fine with it if it was only in the adventure or arcade tho
Played both and imo Team Sonic all the way. Better drifting, more cartoonish graphics, better on eyes. CTR graphics way too realistic vs the original one on Xbox original. It's so overwhelming with detail that it makes the tracks so tight/claustrophobic whereas TSR feels roomy and open. Performing drifts makes you crash a lot and require one to be near perfect. Good luck little kids going about this. CTR hurts my eyes.
Elle and Rosie make me happy. So much fun. Great additions, and more than just space fillers for Hollie. Still miss you, Hollie. Elle and Rosie are kicking tail.
First thing I learned in this game was vehicle customization and upgrading the vehicle😆 as soon as I see a option in a game that lets me customize and upgrade vehicles, i can sit for hours finding color combos and upgrade combos😂

Just so people don't have the wrong idea, you can mix-up your team, both classes wise and character wise. You're not restricted to the predetermined teams unless you're playing the adventure mode. Also, greatly appreciate the Team Sonic Racing advertising and the attention to detail of the attention to detail (lol) of dialogue/monologue depth.

Gotta make room somewhere to surprise players and offer them something unique and not expected/quota'ish. Th replacement is pretty logical. (The timing sucks though, because i'm enjoying Cream a lot in Sonic Riders.)

The driving just doesn't look very tactile, if that makes sense, which is making me a little worried. I will probably still play this, though, because I absolutely loved Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed. Also because I've got places to go, gotta FOLLOW MY RAINBOW.
the team part sounds kind of tedious and annoying, if you go online, you could play really well, get first, but if your team mates dont use the items you give them well, or dont race very well, your over all score is brought down, that would really suck

This game is literally better than Mario kart lmao. It's so much more fair in every way. Everything has counter play. You can get an invincible box just so you can avoid the bs items it's so good.
Looks good anyway. Why couldn't they just implement drafting instead of jumping in jumping out of the leaders tracks. A smaller but constant speed increase.

I really enjoyed the video. Not so much the game, but that's not important at all. My gaming plan for the year is already set, so it's not a big deal that I didn't like some of the aspects of STR. But damn, Elle and Rosie really make for a great team. I love their energy and humor and they fit so well in with the boys. It's a great channel over all. Positive, fun and with all the PS love I myself have. Been away for a year or so, but it was like coming home(ish) to dvelve into this PS world again. Two thumbs up from me!
The only problem what i have with this game is that it looks bit to slow for me. Like 50cc in Mario Kart. Is there any option beside the boosts to be faster like in Mario Kart the 150cc or anything like that?

If you're talking about double dash I wouldn't really say that was teamwork. One person controls two characters and it essentially just gives you different items. There aren't real team mechanics like this game
Braden Bungard I mean they help with drifting, can steal items, help with the double dash, and if the current driver has an item you can switch places as item user and driver, you can also just pass items over . But yeah this one is more interactive.
you forgot that is has a Solo mode too where it's just a normal racer without any team elements (at least SEGA said it does)
