As a musician, vocalist, and songwriter myself. Discovering NMIXX is like discovering a mythical creature lol. Their sound and their style MIXXPOP is sooo unique, so mesmerizing, and so addictive, you'll never know what they'll do next. In a world drowned out by generic sounding music, they said "nahh we don't want to be like everyone else". That's what I love about them, they are true artists who will not compromise their art, their identity, regardless of what everyone else says. Not only are their vocals on another level, but they are also so musically gifted. But what I really love about them is that they stay humble. Even though they are literally the most talented group at the moment, they still strive and continue to better themselves. Their vocal techniques are almost perfect. What's more amazing? Here you have a group with 6 vocalists, 6 rappers, 6 dancers, 6 visuals, and 6 comedians 😁.

As an NSWER who has watched all reaction videos of NMIXX: your reaction was a breath of fresh air, it was honest when you got confused and yet captured the Expressive techniques, Tones and pitch of the girl’s vocals (that we all love). I enjoyed watching your reaction when you got up at 2:14; I had the same reaction ( that part is magical especially after the church organ).

It's amazing that you reacted to Nmixx! Not only that they boast one of the most unique and bold concept in Kpop (Mixxpop), the members are also regarded as one of the most talented group of idols active right now!
They started with "change-up" as their defining characteristic. This made their debut track (interestingly named "O.O") _very_ polarising. I love it, as I am sure most of NSWER do, but maybe it is interesting to start from the start. They don't have change-ups in _all_ of their songs, but it is in a fair bit of them. Dash portrays their desire for freedom to do what they want to do, unfettered by convention, through a metaphor of a prison break. I'm sure you did not miss the many prison references, but the one many people don't get because it might be a bit obscure by now is the ending. "Hey, you bastards, I'm still here" is indeed like a movie; it is a quote from the autobiographical movie Papillon, where the titular character unfairly convicted to a life on a prison island escapes on a raft; the quote is uttered at the point when he is clear of the island, not knowing if he will live or die, only that he is now free.
Nmixx is my ult kpop group because I never know what to expect when they release new albums or new singles. They can do any and everything and make it sound AMAZING. Their vocals and the way they all dance is what caught me and they’ve been tied at my #1s with Itzy since the start ❤️ exceptionally talented group of girls!! Names from oldest to youngest: Lily, Haewon (the leader), Sullyoon, Bae, Jiwoo, Kyujin
I also recommend checking out NEXZ the first boygroup under JYPE since Stray Kids. Their pre-debut song Miracle is🔥and they're actually debuting on the 20th with the song 'Ride the Vibe', scary talent in JYPE
NMIXX have also done a lot of covers and they are absolutely amazing! Their covers also show how talented they are. Their notable covers are Thunderous, Hey Mama, Icy and Very Nice. individual members have also done their own covers like Lily and Sullyoon covered Set fire to the rain, Symphony and When i was your man and soo many more!
You should check out some of their dance practice videos. Most of them have live vocals and their stability is absolutely incredible. Lily is my personal favorite 🖤

ayee KIOF & NMIXX my ults lets go👏 - gotta do their live stage practices (they're dancing while singing the entire song raw live with no backing, they're known for this and they've gone viral for it) - Their Highlight Medleys both the Acapella and voice only - All of their It's Live videos with a live band are amazing, as well as their 360 soundbomb performances and recording behinds - There are 2 more videos to songs from this comeback, Sonar and Run for Roses (written by Day6's Young K he also sings it with them in the Its Live version and it's gorgeous) but I'd do that and the whole mini album, Boom and Passionfruit especially are so good but every single song is great.

If you want to know more about nmixx, they originally had seven members call jini. She left due to personal reason leaving nmixx to 6 members group. I will say that your reaction to their change up is positive and you seem to like it. Because when nmixx debut in 2022 and introduce this kind of mixpop concept to people, they got a lot of backlash and hate. There's people like it and some dont. So if you want to react more nmixx songs and i hope you will because i like your reaction, you will find some of the past song they make had this kind of mixpop and some doesnt even have it. But now, nmixx have found a way to include the mixpop in their songs and i think they will try more in the future.
