NMIXX imo has the highest concentration of vocal talent in the gen4/5 of kpop. They do stage practice videos with live vocals (instead of just dance practice like most of other kpop groups), I really recommend them! It's insane the way they can sing while performing. No one knows why Jinni left the group, as JYP's official statement on the matter was a "no comment". However given the circumstances, it is strongly speculated that she was kicked out for breaking some kind of contract rule behind the scenes.
It's sad tbh , lily has a high pitch voice while haewon is more on the softer one so that's why lily kinda overshadowed her while she's not even that far behind lily in terms of vocal , but in dash we could finally see her shining

Their recent mv of Sonar was really cool. Definitely worth checkin out. Plus if u feel apt do have a look into aespa. Their musical style is pretty similar but its a little synth heavy n darker vibe than the cheery colourful nmixx one

Being a longtime NSWER, I'm surprised that you have that information wrong about "Love Me Like This". While Jinni's departure from the group might have resulted in changes in the choreography, they didn't have to "reshoot" the music video since Jinni left before the music video was even made. Music videos are usually filmed one to two months before they its release; Jinni's departure was announced at the beginning of December (but most likely known by the company a few weeks before that date, at least) and the music video was released at the start of March. So while it is easy to say it's the reason why it looks "simple", this simplicity is only a stylistic choice, not a byproduct of Jinni's leaving. Again, these kind of things are thought of well in advance by several production companies; the concept of it wouldn't change at all, then. For exemple, the completely white background is 1) unique and 2) so you can focus on the group's amazing style and choreo and 3) it is used to move the group around onscreen seamlessly, either by making it appear small then large, or to duplicate them several times. Even if these events happened around the same time, it doesn't automatically mean that one affects the other. :) It's only conjecture to see it that way.
I hope you do know that they said it on Bubbles especially haewon and sullyoon.. that they really work hard and sleepless night to reshoot the MV. The MV schedule to release feb but they move it to march

On the contrary, if you look at videos taken at the beginning of February 2023 (this ""Howl's Moving Castle" pop-up store event", for exemple, that you can see on Newsen's TH-cam Channel) then you can immediately tell that Bae's and Lily's haircut is an exact match to the ones they have in the "Love Me Like This" music video. So that would make the filming of the music video around that time. I still don't really think they had already filmed the music video at the end of November 2022 with Jinni still active, and then had to reshoot it completely at the beginning of February.
