Sucks that he stood in a different position for the viola sonatas so the stage microphone didn't pick him up as well :( Just my luck #violaproblems
Yeah, I'm having a lot of trouble hearing him. Piano sounds good though.
@@Chrisdvc26 the piano lid should have been at the lowest, I would think that professionals should know that the piano is accompanying the violin, not the other way around...
I think this was mainly a concert performance and I'm sure the balance was great for the audience. We are fortunate that the film makers got permission to film and were probably very restricted in the placement of the microphone(s). So I think the comment about professionalism is a bit unfair. But still I enjoyed it immensely.
